Even during a rainy week when it's usually tough to get a roofer to respond he was able to schedule an estimate immediately. Eder accessed my roof without any issues and gave me an honest assessment. There was no upselling or surprise charges once the work was done, which I really appreciated. He even replaced 4 broken tiles he discovered during the work for free! The job was completed quickly and carefully, and he provided before-and-after photos so I could see exactly what was addressed. I didn't need to be present at my tenant's property because Edgar was professional and trustworthy. He cleaned and opened up the valleys, replaced broken tiles, and added new paper to the leaking area. Pricing was very competitive, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Often times you get the loud workers with music (which is not a bad thing) and banter etc. again which is not bad but for a business. For rental repairs. For the people that work from home. The quiet type of work goes a long way. Hector is beyond professional and courteous and addresses your concerns. Often times you receive push back from workers based on any of your concerns. Not with Hector. He hears you out and works to find a common ground. You won't go with them. So far, no complaints. The quality appears solid. His quote was very competitive comparing to others as well, and he was able to get me in within 2 days. The day of the repair he was on time, and kept me updated on what he finds. The work was done very professionally, and these people work hard in the heat! Hopefully I don't need their service again anytime soon, but if I do (knock on wood) I would go with these guys again. The only complaint I have is the cleaning process, I walked the driveway and found at least 6 nails/ screws that are hard to miss, and could have punctured our car tires. Anyway it was a very hot day and I'm sure they are beyond tired at that point so not a huge deal to me.
