Even though the issue was clearly explained, the employee insisted I pay a $100 diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. Later, I received a call saying the hard drive supposedly needed to be replaced instead, for nearly $300. When I went back to pick up the laptop, the same employee -- who kept his face mostly hidden under a hoodie -- seemed irritated that I asked to see the laptop powered on. The moment he turned it on, it made an even louder and more alarming noise than before. Since they couldn't fix the laptop, he offered to replace it with an used refurbished laptop. On my third visit, I simply asked whether the diagnostic fee could be applied toward the repair cost. At that point, the employee became hostile, raised his voice, threatened to call the police, called me names, and refused to complete the transaction until the owner arrived. I related this sad story to the company owner, paid requested amount, and left the place without any apology.

They had a nice professional looking truck. They gave us an estimate through their website and their prices were reasonable. We lived on a third floor condo in North Liberty and we had difficult pieces, including two reclining sofas, mechanized queen-sized bed, and a 60" TV that we were worried about. They told us their truck is an air-ride truck which means less vibration during driving. The two guys they sent handled the job with ease. They had special straps for every piece, hand trucks, and they also dressed our TV with shrink wrap and cardboard to prevent any shipping damages. They also used shrink wrap on our reclining sofas to prevent them from reclining while being moved. Those guys have common sense and experience to boot. They were pleasant and easy to get along with. When they arrived at the new house in Tiffin, they backed up their truck in our driveway to save us on time. At the end we offered them beer but they said they don't drink on the job. We highly recommend this company.
