Noticed a front tire on my 2007 Tundra was looking a bit squishy, so went online to Discount Tire's website to research replacement. Even though it had been about five years, it still had my truck info to draw on, and I was able to quickly pick what I wanted and set up the appointment. Notifications and emails provided good two way commo, and I even got an offer to come in even earlier, if I wanted. The morning of my appointment, I received a phone call confirming, and was asked vehicle/colour info. When I pulled up Joshua was walking across the lot, obviously waiting for me. He checked out my tires and confirmed the work to be done. I had forgotten to ask about checking my spare. When I asked, he looked up under the truck, confirmed it needed attention as well, and picked which current tire mounted would be best to replace the spare, based on condition and age. Went to lunch, got a notification when the truck was ready, all in all, took about an hour. When I went to pick it up, they were notably busier, but I still saw their people walking around the lot giving other customers personal attention and advice. A fast, efficient, friendly business that has always delivered top notch care! Getting auto work done is one of my least favorite things, so I appreciate a business that makes it as painless as possible!

During my last oil change at your location, two of the wheel studs and lug nuts on my vehicle were…read moredamaged and improperly secured. When I called about the issue, I was told to bring it in and that it would be taken care of since I needed another oil change anyway. However, when I was contacted with the total, the price was significantly higher than a standard oil change. I requested a copy of the invoice and was then informed I would be charged $50 to replace the studs and lug nuts -- despite this being damage caused during my previous visit. I was told the charge was due to the tires being removed for brake work. That explanation is incorrect. I replaced the brakes and rotors prior to your team performing front-end work on my Jeep in 2024, and the tires have not been removed since the last rotation. I even provided documentation to confirm this. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for any future service. A mistake was made, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to pay for repairs that resulted from your shop's error. Whether this was poor business practice or an attempt to take advantage of me, it was unacceptable. I encourage others to carefully review their invoices and double-check any work performed

"Just doing my job" is not a valid reason to tell me I need to also do an oil change (which is already scheduled with my TRUSTED mechanic who will do the work right). I certainly wouldn't do any found and needed on the spot repairs without getting a second opinion. Be mindful and respectful of people's time. I get it's a business and making money is the goal, but being upsold and then harassed because I don't have time to get anything else isn't good business.
