I had a persistent slow leak in one of my new tires (bought them at Big O's in Bozeman, MT). Big O couldn't find the leak and sent me on my way. Discount Tire, the same thing. This leak was about 1-2 psi per week. It was getting very frustrating to deal with this. I was in Belton for the Xmas Holidays, so I stopped in at McGuires. They found the leak! We were traveling through on our way to Austin. To keep things brief, had a horror story of a situation last night, and did not make it to Austin. Stayed overnight in Belton. Needed a tire repaired, actually two, I wasn't aware of the other. However the sharp eyes of the crew, spotted the other one for us. Quick service response!! Prices seemed a bit on the upper side and new tires we're not clean, and missing a hub cab but was shortly found when I identified it. Mechanics/Techs did a great job assessing the problem within an hour. The right tires were ordered, shipped, balanced, and placed on the vehicle as soon as they received them that morning. read more

Called the day before to see about getting some tires broke down. Told me they could do it. Showed up and told me it would be a little over an hour wait. That was fine. Sat there only to find out an hour after waiting they couldn't do it anymore. Poor customer service!!!!! read more

Lack of communication, and poor customer service. Was quoted wrong prices and told they had tires in stock then when I got there they did not have tires in stock and up sold more expensive tires. Aaron is the worst when it comes to professionalism and customer service, will not be returning. read more

Recently bought new tires for my wife's van. Walmart only had a tire for $150 and Goodyear had $130. McGuire had a Firestone in stock for $99 so they have prices that rival the discount stores. The service was prompt for a Saturday and what I appreciated most was they do not try to sell you something you do not need. I'll be back for sure! Down home locally owned business for over 30 years. The owner has high quality expectations for his employees. Store manager truly cares for his clients and knows us by name. I have always received the best highest quality tire for my money. They also don't believe in allowing their customers to purchase a tire that isn't what they need for ideal performance of their car. My whole family gets their tires, oil changed, trucks lifted & leveled, bumper & grill guards, & brake jobs. Waiting room isn't flashy but the coffee is hot. The chairs are comfortable and toys for the toddlers. read more

Excellent customer service! I had an hour between classes and needed a brake light replaced. They had my car finished in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for the service because I had my own bulb. I will definitely give them my business in the future. read more

I called for bilstein shocks and Roadmaster active Suspension Kits. Aaron convinced me the Rancho shocks were better. Another call from Aaron stated RAS wasn't available but he had a SuperSprings system, said it was just as good as RAS, no problem, he agreed to explain the systems after install. When I arrived to pay(about $1000), I was told Aaron was busy with a customer and couldn't explain systems I had purchased, I was given to a tech who had no real knowledge and showed me where adjustment was located. I now know you are no longer a customer there once you pay. I won't return and now question his recommendations on products, we will see. read more

McGuire tire was extremely helpful. My tire came up flat on my way to get my kids from school. In a panic of course, I called them and somebody came out And put a spare on my car and helped me take it to their shop at which time they replaced my tire and got me out of there. All in under an hour!! Super helpful and super awesome place! Will definitely be using them again read more

Would love to say something positive about this shop, but after they messed up two of my vehicles, I just can't. First they put expensive parts on, that are not recommended for it, causing me driving and stopping problems. Then, after three trips back to get it fixed, they put cheap parts on it - didn't refund the difference in cost - that lasted less than 6 months. Ended up paying another mechanic to fix it right. Excellent service on our fifth wheel tires that require nitro fill instead of O2. We needed a valve stem replacement as well. The tech Brian was professional and thorough in his work. They were able to get us back on the road in no time and they are one of the only nitro fill services in this area. Bravo for the entire crew. Top Notch! read more

We had a flat tire and called several places about coming to change it before we were referred to McGuire's Tire Service. They sent a gentleman to us right away. He assured us the rim was fine and we just needed to replace the tire, which was ruined. They offered us tires in several price ranges, got right to replacing the tire, and had it back on in 30 minutes. Very fair prices and the nicest people. I trust them and will use them again. read more

I was really impressed my first visit. They are a local small business and had great prices. The positive impression was short-lived. About three weeks after purchasing four new tires my low pressure alarm activated. I took it in and they "repaired" the leak for free. Three weeks later, another leak and another free "repair." This issue became habitual to the point that you set your watch by it. After months of taking it back to McGuire Tire, I had been told that they couldn't find any leaks, a nail was in one of the tires, that the tires had blemeshes from the manufacturer, and that my three year old wheels were corroded. Each time the guy at the front desk became progressively more impatient and eventually rude. During my many hours in their waiting room, I witnessed several other displeased customers who were treated disrespectfully. I finally gave up and went back to the dealership where they identified leaks around the rim on both rear tires and successfully repaired the problems. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more
