The owner / manager is a creep and when I say that I mean I was the only customer in the place I…read morejust arrived and the guy was sweeping when I walked in then he disappeared I'm assuming to watch me in his cameras because all of a sudden he snuck up behind me as I'm sorting out my laundry and filling a big washer the biggest one he has there and all a sudden he's back standing there with his broom and he says " that's way too much for my washer" and it wasn't even I was still in the process of sorting I had not even put in my soap or quarters. I pulled out this big oversized hoodie that's really fluffy and showed it to him and he said yeah stuff like that. So I took it out I took it all out and said sorry I'll fix it then he says *what's wrong with all Portland people" really he then cusses at me and kicks me out after he accused me of blowing up in which I did not I simply wanted to fix whatever concern he had and get my laundry done but the guy was not leaving me alone and I was alone with him in there and he already gave me the creeps big time. I simply packed my stuff up and left and I will never return I do not recommend that laundry place to any Portland people right. So lame. If I could give a below one star I definitely would. Oh I told him I was going to tell all my Portland friends to not go there do not support the creepy guys business.

I was…read morestaying about 10 min away from the airport and didn't have a rental car so I wanted something that was on the rail line and walking distance. Most of the laundromats near the airport had to get off the rail then transfer onto bus and finally some walking. I got so comfortable with the rail that I didn't want to make it complicated (come on, Portland's payment transit system is on point, comparing to Seattle's) My experience was fairly positive. I went around 10:45a on a Wednesday and it was dead as I was the only one there. Inside was fairly clean, no bad smells and price was fair. I opted for the larger washer and it costs $6.50 a wash. Dryer prices was $0.25 per 6 minutes. What threw me off was, you had to put the quarters in FIRST then press start (ie: 5 quarters for 30 min then press start). If you put quarters in once you start, time will not go up. I found that weird so I ended up losing 50 cents when I was trying to add time on my dryer. I'm not gonna dock a star for that because I had a very positive experience. Other than that, no issues, there was a Burgerville down the road, and Goodwill next door so I kept myself busy while waiting.
