No hello, greetings or hey I was be right with you, nothing. I was there for over 40 mins waiting, two staff members there. One assisting the other only customer there, when i was there. And the other staff member kept leaving for long periods of time knowing I was there waiting. it took over an hour to get my tags renewed from waiting. I was better off going to the DVM to pay my tags.

It was such a hassle as AAA did not know how to transfer them and the DMV made a mistake on the sale/ transfer of my previous car. This happened multiple times than I spoke to multiple agents who wasted my time with deceiving and untrustworthy gibberish. Then a manager told me one price transferred me to another agent who totally hit me with a much higher quote once again. I respectfully declined and proceeded to block all their numbers. They still call me and email me from other numbers with better quotes and revised deals for me. I had already got other insurance immediately after they wasted my time. Worst car insurance experience I've ever had. No thank you.
