I did my nails today 08/22 around 2-3pm, they were able to squeak me in as a walk in. They're great for giving me an opening. I got my toes done and 10/10 it was great! but my nails I did a refill and a french with some design.. 5/10 because the french is sloppy and the design looks weird.. everything looks scratched.i wanted to cry. I went back to have it fixed because I was really sad about how they were done.. she filed them and I just gave up and walked out. I never had this experience before, I grew up coming here and I just gotta find somewhere else for apress. read more

God awful service. This woman destroyed my nails and blamed it on them being too short. They were longer when I arrived, she added 6 layers of dip which turned them into actual squares. She then took the bare minimum off and when I asked her to smooth them out since there are many areas that still have chunks of dip and are so much higher than an actual nail, she starts filing them down even more until I had to pull my hand away in pain. Come to look later she actually broke my skin from filing so hard. They still are barely nail shaped, around my cuticles looks disgusting and like there was 0 shaping done. When I asked her to fix them she looked at me like I was crazy and I still can't believe this is what I walked out with. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Always have a pleasant time @ EZA. My mail guy, Johnny, is quick and does the BEST job. They play good background music, recommend cash for tips, and go in knowing what you want. I always go for a Dip with Tip with a single color, so I choose from the selection on the table and I am good to go. I've seen that they do pedicures as well, with I believe other beauty services. FOREVER A CUSTOMER! This place is amazing... I get pedicures and gel manicures every two weeks and each time they get it sooooo right! Nina is the WORST. She hurt me, was mean, pulled me by the ankles, snatched things. She got mad that SHE misunderstood I was there for regular polish, and after putting on a clear coat, I reminded her again it was regular. She acted offended and started to talk loudly in her language. She ripped up cotton and took off the clear coat unnecessarily and threw it at me. She hacked through the paint job, never having fully removed my prior paint. After she pawned me off on someone else, who worked hard but was very rough and also cut me, he wrote $75 on my ticket. I gave it to the front and the pedicure lady came around, mumbled and all of a sudden the price was $80. I asked why and she said taking off the gel was $5 extra..When I finally got in my car and saw what my toes looked like I was furious that I was not only treated so badly, but upcharged for HORRIBLE quality! read more

Had a great experience with my nails. The place is newly remodeled and has over 1000 colors to choose from! Unlike other sketchy places that just pull their tools out their drawer, I watched my nail tech sterilize his tools before beginning. He took his time and did not rush through which I appreciated. I only took off a star because of pricing. I paid the same here for a gel refill than I did for a full gel set at a different salon. I am weary of places that charge extra for "gel powder" when really they are just using acrylic. I also feel like gel color should be included in the price of gel nails, but maybe that's just me. My fill was almost double than I expected which was pretty upsetting/frustrating. read more

Not happy at all with my nails, also got charged extra for a "massage" which was a hot towel thrown on you and lotion rubbed on your feet and legs which I thought was a regular pedicure but they used a "special lotion" however she did a good job on painting my toes. But as for my hands... the nail technician applied about 6 layers of dip I complained after about 3 layers in that I did not like my nails to look bulky... Mind you these are my natural nails not acrylics. Then as the top coat he uses gel .. so I complained about the bulkiness & he add a thick gel coat on top making my nails look even worst. I'm a cosmetologist so I'm Somewhat familiar with nail services and this was just horrible and done incorrectly ... If you want a good dip don't come here . First time on this place, did my nails with a young guy, it was fast, and I appreciated it, they look good. However, gel manicure only lasted 2 days, they started peeling off immediately. Decided to give it a second chance, with a different person. Again, this place is so close to my house that It was perfect. However, the old asian women, DESTROYED my toe nails. I asked for help, she was ready to start painting them when I saw the mess. I was about to have a seizure, other employee came and helped. She had to add some acrylic to make it even. I've been coming here for almost 3 years and I haven't considered going anywhere else. Tools are always clean (I've never seen them use tools without taking them out of a sealed, sanitized bag) and the place is very clean! Pedicures are finished off with a hot towel that smells amazing. Another huge plus for me is that my nails have never been healthier and stronger ever since I've been coming here. I've gone here before but this time was terrible. They have a new girl she's nice and all but the pedicure I chose was not given, literally got the regular basic pedicure rather than the firecracker one, the pedicure was okay so I chose to ignore it, but the gel manicure terrible. My pinkies were burning, got this jelly substance all over my hands, and to remove the residue off of my hand she used nail clippers, cutting me. When it was time to pay it was $140 because I was with my husband so it was two pedicures plus the manicure. He got a $50 pedicure I chose a $50 one as well but got the basic pedicure I'm assuming the gel manicure was $40 I mentioned this to the cashier and I assume she grabbed the owner and she seemed to be more offended than me, I told her I didn't get the pedicure I chose and after discussing it she discounted $15 claims next time I'll get a discount. Total we paid $125. Total waste of money. And when I mentioned the cut the cashier said this happens sometimes which I get on your fingernails but there was no need for me to get cut on my hand like ?? read more

I'm a mom of 3 and on my only chance to get away to get my toes done, I chose this place since it was nearby my house. The older Asian lady who attended me was so lazy. She was about to leave my nails basically half painted , with the corners completely exposed. When I addressed it, she painted them but then when she went over with the acetone to clean edges, she basically wiped off paint from the front of my toes and let me go just like that. It was so devastating to see. Such poor workmanship. On the next day, I came in to have it corrected. All they did was slab another coat of polish on. Not even the decency to correct her mistake with a decent polish change. I didn't even ask for the whole pedicure again. I thought a whole polish change would be the right thing to do. At this point I can tell these people don't care about that so I'm sitting here writing this review with basically 5 coats of paint on my toes. Never again. read more

First time there today and was pleasantly surprised. I avoid getting my nails done here in Miami because every place makes me feel so uncomfortable. Here everyone spoke at least some English, was polite and communicative. They have drinks and snacks. The place is very clean, hygienic, and has simple decor. I didn't have to wait and the girl who did my nails did a great job. I also had my 8 year old with me who got her nails painted and my husband waited comfortably on their couch. The prices are clearly posted on the wall so you know what each service costs in advance. They also have about a million colors of nail polish and gel. I will keep going here! read more

It is a beautiful nail salon with swift service; I was attended immediately. Such great and relaxing pedicures! They do a scrub for dead skin and moisturize, fixing your cuticles and such and even use hot towels. It honestly feels like a spa. They don't waste paper, use lots of towels and are clean/hygienic. The only reason I'm not giving this salon 1 star is because there are times when they've left my nails flawless. However, the last 4 months or so, their quality of service has worsened. Because I had been coming here for years, I did not want to write a review the last few times I've been disappointed. However, today was my final straw. Be advised that when they remove your nails (acrylic or dip), they use an acrylic nail to do so and have stopped doing soak offs. The improper application of acrylic left 3 of my nails stained with a bacteria called a "greenie". Today, I got a pedicure and it was BY FAR the most painful pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. I was cut in 3/10 fingers, one of which did not stop bleeding and was bleeding onto the nail polish they tried to apply the entire time. I've been home for 2 hours now, and the nail has not stop hurting. The cuticle isn't even gone, so I'm not entirely sure what she was trying to clip/cut off. It pains me to write this review because there are maybe 2 talented & kind individuals at the salon, but the disappointment lately has driven me here. Overall, it's a hit or miss. One thing is for sure, a pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience and today, it was the TOTAL opposite. I even cried on the chair. PROS: they gave a discount on the total price. The tech did an excellent job removing the garbage nails from the other shop and putting on a full acrylic set and my daughter got gel polish as well.
