I have been meaning to update my review for a while but I never gotten around to it. I hate giving low raitings but I must share my experience because after months of not coming here I feel like its an experience I won't forget! So I came back to redo my acrylics with the same guy that did my first full set. I had made my appointment a few days in advance and was really excited to get them touched up... But when I came in he was with another client. Originally I was down for a pedicure & the retouch of the acrylics, so I was a bit hopeful that by the time my pedicure was over he would already be finished with his client. Unfortunately we wasn't even half way done when it was my turn for my nails. I tried telling the people that work there that I will wait for him, but after a few minutes of being idle I settled for another employee that was free. Which was a HUGE mistake. Thankfully I don't remember her name, but she butchered my nails to no end. When she filed my own nails (she did it with the machine) they felt so sensitive and some fingers had pink lines from the over filing. I think she didn't put the primer before she applied the actual acrylics? All my nails had bubbles under the acrylic from the retouch! (I will post pics) And on top of that her job was so sloppy that I had to refile some of the nails that were uneven. Which I couldn't do when I got home because my nails already were in pain from her over filing! read more

If I could give this a ZERO I would .... I called at 545 said I was on the way I would be there at 615 for a refill & pedi they were telling me "if u aren't here at 615 we can't take you" I said ok sorry my gps says 615 there is traffic I will be there once I got there the main girl in the front energy HORRIBLE. BUT I got my color and sat on the pedi chair then I ask the same rude girl in the front if she recommended me to do like a regular mani since the two I broke were super short and she's literally yelled at me and said " IF WE EVEN HAVE TIME " and turned her face.... Then I'm finishing my pedicure and has the nerve to come up to me and say come back tomorrow it's 7 we are closed !!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I WAS FUMING I stayed quite paid and never will I look back LADYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ON TOP OF IT ALL $55 for a pedi that' SUCKEDDDD !!!!! read more

Love it HEREEE!! Been doing my nails with Tina for almost 6 years!! The place is super clean the music is good and the nails are TOP NOTCH! The prices are pretty normal for what you get honestly and I can't go anywhere else because my sets last me a month sometimes longer without breaking. You get what you pay for! Well... me and my mom were driving around the area and found this nail salon and decided to try it. We asked how much for a full set acrylic and they told us $24, we were asked to sit with these two Chinese guys once they were finished. It looked like we had a blob of acrylics on top of our Nail so thick, It was disgusting And very disappointing, when they went to go charge us they charged un 28 instead of 24. We have done no extra things and no design. Our nails were so ugly that we had asked the manager to look at them and she had told us to wait right there that she would fix it of how bad it looked. Yes the place looks beautiful but the service was terrible. And after a week one nail fell off. I'm just fed up with this place and will never recommend it. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Probably didn't even remove one piece of dead skin! I was charged 45 I should have been charged for only a color change. No massage on my legs, and brushed over my feet one single time with the feet scrubber. Will not be going back! Tina did good on my nails but the pedicure which was done by someone else ruined the whole experience. read more

Worst experience with UR or Hur with the lashes. They were glued together with excess glue that it was hurting and rubbing the lower part of my eye. She did it in a sitting position and didn't use anything in the bottom so my eyes were stuck together. I had to have them removed. This happened to one eye only and at the end of day 1? I was a bit hesitant about coming here because of the negative reviews and pictures but I decided to give it a try anyway because it was nearby. I'm so glad I did. I went as a walk in and was immediately greeted by Janice (I hope I got her name right) She took me right away and boy was she fast which I appreciate because I get a little anxious. Afterward Milagros did my pedi and she was very friendly. They both did an amazing job and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely be back. read more

I am so glad I found EZA Nails Spa.The salon decor is very nice and modern. The work stations are well kept. The salon prioritizes hygiene because the nail technicians apply a plastic cover at the pedicure stations and the nail tools are individually packed and sanitized. It's nice to do your nails at a place where it feels clean as soon as you walk in. I did my gel manicure and regular pedicure with Mirleynis and she is AMAZING. Mirleynis is very nice and I've been seeing her over 11 years. I always recommend her to everyone! The gel polish selection is great. The salon offers a lot of options with fun colors. They also offer different gel nail polish brands. EZA Nail Spa had a recent change of ownership and the new owners are great. They are very friendly and greeted me with a smile. They also offered me water which is a really nice touch. I will definitely be going back and recommending EZA Nails Spa! read more

Ok so I've been coming here for weeks because I love my manicurist. The place is nice and clean and the service is great but I'm giving it three stars because every time I come here I have to ask the owner to cool the place down. It is a freaking sauna in there. The last time I came the AC was set at 80 and every time I go it's at a minimum of 78 degrees. It's insane to sweat while you're trying to relax and get a mani pedi. Other than that one constant issue the place is great. This owner needs to fix the heat in this place. It's awful!! Come with some ice water and cool clothing. read more

Eza Nail Spa just opened a few months ago and I am already a loyal fan. The place is huge, has at least 8 or 9 pedicure chairs and 2 giant plasma tvs mounted on the wall. I was in and out in an hour, and loved my mani/pedi. The best part was that my manicure lasted without a nick for over a week, which is unheard of (especially since I'm always crashing into things!). They use essie nail products and the place has been spotless everytime I've been. Eza is definitely a winner in my book! read more

The nail polish is old and bubbles up after drying. DONT GO. The guy who is the manager did them and they came out very edgey and sharp - mind you i wanted them round. Also he didnt do a top coat- i had to ask and they will charge you extra just to cut your cuticles down. ridiculous and explains why they are always empty and cant keep customers. read more

I've been coming here for quite some time now. It's my go to, no fuss place. I love that everyone is very calm, it is inexpensive at $30 for mani/pedi, great selection of Essie and Opi polishes, and they use the electric foot buffer which is great. read more

Nah this place sets whatever price for nails at any given time. $52 for regular mani and pedi and I didn't even notice at the moment but whoever did my pedicure forgot to paint one of my toes. Lol. They were all so annoyed that I didn't want a more expensive style and wouldn't stop trying to get me to get gel or acrylic. Like chill I get that you're broke but so am I and you can't just treat anybody who walks into your store with such animosity. I won't be coming back, I don't care that it's close to my house. For reference, some of the best nail salons with better reviews than these are charging $40 for regular mani pedi. So much more doable. read more

Do not recommend this place at all. If you want a less than mediocre job done, then come in. Almost every single time I go they cut my cuticles and left me bleeding. One time they cut 5 out of my 10 cuticles! Horrible. They leave streaks on the paint and do an extremely sloppy job. very dis satisfied. I had 3 full sets last Tuesday done. My girls 4 days later began having there nails pop off. My the weekend they lost all nails. I called yesterday and spoke to the owner Tina and she stated she would have the nails done complementary. I as a business woman offered to pay % 50 of the nails to be re-done correctly. I was charged full price for my daughters nails. I am very angry and they have lost 4 clients with my self and teenagers. i will never return back to that salon and if they continue to be deceitful they will go out of business. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a mediocre pedicure that lasted 15 minutes from start to finish. And had my acrylics done but a young gentleman by the name of Lee. He is either new and inexperienced or unlicensed to do acrylics. I asked for square and got rounded uneven nails, even after asking him to file them again, i ended up just having to file them myself at home. The other lady had to keep coming up to his table to check on his progress, at one point he almost forgot to paint my nails and was going straight to put oil on my cuticles and then asked me , " oh you want gel polish? " I had even placed the polish next to him. They are definitely over priced for their quality of work. Will not be returning. read more

terrible customer service for walk ins! clearly, most people giving good reviews are tinas regulars from before she opened her shop. as far as the shop , i arrived with my son in a stroller and my husband to look after him, and asked if they are accepting walk ins for a full set . he said yes and asked me to "come back with my baby" ummm??? so he had a problem with me having the stroller in the waiting area and basically put me out. i asked how long and he said 15 minutes. i wrote my number down so he could call me when ready (i offered my number, he never asked) i waited next door for about 20 minutes and got no call so i went back into the salon. completely empty waiting area. he said " color" and pointed at the wall. ok.... after i got my color , i said "ok whenever you're ready" he responded with "sit down" we sat there for another 40 minutes!!! until my baby's diaper was so full of pee i had to walk out so i can change him. i got up quietly without saying a word out loud (whispered to my husband "i'm over this place , let's go") nobody tried to stop me, nobody ever called me, i went home after wasting over an hour of my time. at this point, it was late enough in the day that i couldn't find any other place to take me as a walk in. would never recommend EZA nails to anybody other than "tinas regulars" apparently read more

WARNING!!!!! Do not ever go here.....I went after seeing the previous yelp review. I went for gel nails and a pedicure. I was there for almost 3 hours. There were 3 people that worked on me, the first guy got up to use the phone and never came back but not before he made 4 of my fingers bleed with the electric file, the pedicure lady, she did ok, nothing special, and another lady that finished my nails. She then started to argue with me after i told her that i wanted my nails painted the same as my toes. I left leaving what was supposed to be a relaxing time for me more stressed then when i came in. Thank God i found an amazing nail salon( Best Nails) that does amazing work. read more
