They dissapear for long periods of time ,and on top of this I sparred with the owner what it was going to be considered as a light sparring session and he abused me. He even hit me after the belt ring and my guard was down. I will save you time and money. This place will not be for you, specially if you want to learn.

For starters they offer early morning classes during the week which fit into my schedule perfectly. Vic (the owner) always keep the workouts fresh and has never repeated one yet (I've been going about 6 months now). I couldn't do (or even know) a Y sit up, let alone with a weight and after a few months I've been belting them out with a 10+ lbs kettle bell. I don't take any of the boxing or MMA classes but they seem to have a loyal following and the price for membership was much cheaper then other facilities I had looked into. All in all it's a great place to take a class and God knows I needed to get my butt back in shape! If your looking to take some classes without all the fluff then you've found your place.
