My tow driver was Chris and man was he the most helpful man ever. It was a little unnerving as it was my first time being caught in snow like this but he made me feel like everything was going to be a breeze. Anyone who wants a timely, no BS tow company then PLEASE go to Rocket. You'd be wasting your time going anywhere else! Top of the list was Tow World. Greg (Tow World) told me he would be there in fifteen minutes, and he made it in thirteen.
