I'm referring to the customers but for the most part, not to "Crown Jewelers" Staff. I have found all of their Staff to be consistently polite, very knowledgeable, and they frequently do Google searches to help out BOTH of you in reaching a buy or sell decision. I suggest that if you see something that you want, consider buying it on the spot. The very next customer may well buy it. The good things don't stay for long. Duh... No customers have ever creeped me out, etc. no bad encounters with any customers inside or outside in the parking area. NEVER. Tips: Bring cash. It's easier to shop in the early afternoon and probably safer too. They can be very busy on Saturdays and in the evening.Seek out the owner, get to know him as he knows a lot about a lot. He's also pretty funny. Tip: He resolves misunderstandings. Enjoy your first and your next visit as well. Oh, if your adverse to pawn shops, then stay home or simply shop or sell where you feel more comfortable. "It's all good".

These guys are the best! 8/19/21(1 year after posting the above on Google) - Just wanted to give an update: The last few months have been particularly tough(can't we just go back to 2019?); a member of my family got sued and had to either pay or go to jail(so, naturally, I wound up paying the $4,000 for her); a friend that's been staying with me for 1yr./+ has been having breathing difficulties due to COPD and Covid, so she can't work and/or pay rent/utilities/food/e.t.c.; AND THEN, to top it all off, I had a spare, loose vape battery(an 18650 battery, one of the big ones) literally explode in my pocket(it was like having a ground bloom flower firework suddenly go off in my pocket, even sounded EXACTLY like one) - while I was driving no less(thankfully only in Smith's parking lot[convenient there being a medical supply aisle there and all] although I did almost hit a white sedan), giving me 2nd and 3rd degree burns over almost half of my lower, right thigh(picture below, WARNING, if you have a strong stomach), making me bedridden, unable to even walk for over a week and a half(though I did try the next 3 days), preventing me from working for over 2 weeks! These guys have been SUPER understanding and have really worked with me and my multiple loans so I don't lose my valuables(literally everything I own of value is in pawn at this point). Situation sucks, the last few months have been horrible, but at least these guys are working with me, giving me some time to work things out. Thank you all, so much!! Oh, one last thing, these guys ACTUALLY CALL YOU if you're past due and in danger of losing something, unlike some OTHER people I know! *cough Cash America cough*
