Drove and hour to come out here, on Saturday (10/16/21), when they said they close at 7:00pm and we got there at 6:15pm. They wouldn't let us in and wouldn't let us get our item out of pawn because they were too lazy!!! I not only wasted an hour drive out here but an hour drive back home and the 15 min to try to talk to the person inside (group of guys). When I called I watched them hang up the phone over and over. And we weren't the only people who tried to come in there was multiple customers trying to do business that got turned down because they were too damn lazy! read more

This place is hit or miss I pawned something one day and they gave me a fair price for it. I inquired to they're Taylorsville store about pawning an Xbox one X. They quoted me 100 to 150$ i was like fine i come here and the guy doesn't even see how much memory is on the Xbox and just tells me the best he could do was 65 I'm like No thanks', but if the same workers were here as the day I pawned something else they would have actually looked over the product and seen what it was and given me a better price. The tall Hispanic male is just not very good at his job. I guess that's why the pawn shop is bare. Also they charge 20% interest if your just pawning try another pawn shop I got 100 for pawning my Xbox at Million Dollar Pawn and interest is only 10% no late fee's. read more

I bought a drill from him last month they offer a 24 hour return policy which is good. I took the drill home used it the motor started smoking on me so I took it back the next day and got my cash back. I went back in today to see if there was anything new they had put the drill back on the shelf. I told them thinking they put it back out for sell as a mistake but it wasn't they told me their policy is it has to be return twice before they will pull it. In my opinion that is some pretty piss poor customer service to sells items that they know is broke. read more

You may find a gem here. A lot of the items are used and some may be stolen. If you want the best newest quality go to a store and pay full price. The person who stole our property (bike, attached) sold four different items to this same pawn shop IN THE SAME WEEK with a different ID and contact information. Went to this pawn shop to sell an item. The woman working behind the counter was extremely rude when handling customers. Not only with me but as she got done speaking to a customer over the phone, she continues to talk down on the customer. I would not recommend this pawn shop. I don't know why this place has a bad reputation. I've gone to this location several times and they have ALWAYS been helpful with me and the things I pawn here. I have been buying things from this store over the last 6 months, & they always make sure I'm happy with my purchases, & the store manager (who I think is named Alex) is absolutely wonderful! He has discounted stuff for me to help me out a couple times & is always very friendly & helpful. Audrie was helping me get something exchanged & I didn't quite have enough money to do what we wanted to do, so Alex told her to cut the price for me! It was so nice & made it so my son could get the Christmas present he wanted right away. Audrie also called around to some other locations to track down something I was looking for that wasn't at their location. I tend to go to pawn shops to get great deals. I buy jewelry and other small things for a great price. I know they have the best prices in town and they are always friendly. If I can't find what I'm looking for they call me when they get it too, how awesome is that. Definitely the best customer service I've ever seen in a pawn shop. The store is always clean and my husband loves taking me there cause he tries to buy tools on every visit. I would never had written a review until I actually needed to borrow money. I go to a lot of pawn shops but when the family emergency happened I had to choose where to go. My credit was horrible so banks were not an option, just like credit cards and I dont qualify for title or other types of loans. I wasn't sure so I shopped around and took some jewelry to a few pawn shops to see where I could get the most for what I had. Not only did this store get me more they didn't make me feel more horrible than I already did. In fact they were very nice and they reassured me, every step of the way.
