Wonderful service. And boy have I found someone me deals! Paul then sixes the rings, fixes clasps, polishes and does repairs super reasonably!! And he always let's me know if I need an evaluation for insurance. Find a deal on FB marketplace or Craigslist?? Have them meet you at Paul's shop and he'll tell you if it's what's being advertised, and can probably help you determine if it's a fair price! So much safer that a QT parking lot . Paul and his wife are honest, local small business owners. No big jewlery chain controlling them and no middleman raising prices or lowering offers if he's buying your jewelry. BTW have you looked at the price of gold these days?? Grab your scrap and get some cash, and maybe even find a "new" vintage piece. I've been buying and sometimes selling jewelry all over the world for 25+ years and Paul is a rare breed of an honest, fair dealer. And if you decide not to sell it he'll help you re-size, repair or repurpose it so you can enjoy it again!

Returned the next day to pick it up. Paul could NOT find it! Tried to get me to take a different ring that was $750 LESS than my ring. NO! Then Paul realized my ring was still at his jewelers. When the jeweler finally delivered my ring to Paul, he had 1 customer in his office, another person waiting, and I was running late for an appointment. So he handed me my ring, and I left. I realize that my ring is now missing 2 diamonds on one side. Called Paul and told him. We schedules an appt for the following day. Next day I drive 65 miles only to find a sign saying the store was closed for the day. I took my damaged ring to my family jeweler, that has been in business for over 30 years and DESIGNS rings. He tells me that Paul's jeweler broke the crown on my ring, causing the 2 diamonds to fall out. As well as, instead of adding white gold to my ring, his jeweler had simply stretched my ring's shank, causing the crown to crack, diamonds to fall out, AND the shank was so thin that it needed to be replaced. I texted Paul copies of my repair receipts and what damage his jeweler had caused. Paul REFUSED to reimburse my expenses. I do NOT recommend buying from this company. There are several other similar companies with honest sellers.

I just had the most unhinged experience at their Harvard location with what I believe may be Abby's…read moreson. I took my ring in to be resized in late April. I picked it up several days later and it fit, so I left not thinking anything of it. Put it in my jewelry armoire as soon as I got home. Took it out several weeks later to put on and noticed the stone was loose. It's loose enough I don't feel comfortable wearing it, so I put it on my to-do list to take it back for the prongs to be adjusted. I called the store earlier this week explaining and they advised to bring it in. My dog got sick not an hour after I hung up so that consumed the next two days and I was unable to make it back. I went in today since I'm off work and explained and the man at the desk said he remembered speaking with me. He then inspects the ring and says it will be another $150 (on top of the $250 I paid for the resizing) to fix the issue. I explained it didn't seem logical for me to have to pay additional money for what was clearly an issue caused by the resizing. The man went on about how it wouldn't be fair to them, so I said, "Okay, I'll take my ring back, then." He wouldn't give it to me! He then said, "You have some options: you can either stand there and be hard, or you can take a seat and we can see if we can work something out with you." Appalled by his aggression and his unwillingness to hand over my ring, I stated again, "I'm good standing, and I'll take my ring back now, please." He proceeds to demand I leave "his" store, to which I replied, "I will GLADLY leave as soon as you give me my ring back." He finally returned it after I asked for the third time, all while getting even more aggressive and raising his voice about how they "don't want my business" as I was walking out the door. I was shaken by the aggression as it was, and then he started following me to my vehicle, still yelling; what, exactly, I don't know as I couldn't hear over the traffic noise. I immediately locked my doors as soon as I got to my car and left. There was a security guard there who witnessed the entire incident. I was never aggressive, never raised my voice, etc., yet was met with utterly unhinged behavior. Do NOT give this company your business. Women are clearly unsafe with this unstable man.

The claimed owner (Kurt/Chris/Mike) was very unprofessional and rude. My husband and I went there to purchase a lawn mower. We had to drive 45 minutes to get there so we called before hand to make sure the lawn mower is still available which he stated that it is still available but one person did come in and is interest but left and said was going to come back. However, he didn't leave any deposit so according to him its a first come first serve with cash on hand. We obtained the shop address from him and headed there. When we arrived, the lawn mower was still there. My husband went out with him to look at it and they both came back into the shop. The shop has two service windows. As we were discussing the price another guy walked in and was asking for somebody which is totally different name from the guy who was helping us and but he claimed its him and told the guy to wait. He told us the lawn mower is $3480 including taxes. We told him that can he just make it even. He than said just a minute he's going to help the other guy really quick and will be right back. We told him sure..thinking he just going to ask talk to the guy briefly. Will, they took a good I would say 10 minutes while just stood there waiting. He than came back to our window and said, "Folks I just sold the lawn mower to that gentleman for $3500". We both were shocked and didn't know what to expect. We told him that we haven't even finish talking and he turned around and sold it to someone else? He could of ask us if we want it or match the other guys price or just basically be professional. He then just turned around and went out the back to drive the lawn mower onto the guys trailer. He doesn't want to talk to us any more. We waited because I only want to get my point across with him but he totally didn't want to come back to the front to talk to us. After all that I went to Lowe's and bought myself a brand new better lawn mover for better deal anyway. However, we don't know if anyone else have good experience with this place but my first and last with them. Just remember, he is all about money, they don't care about the image of their business nor customers. They are running their business on a day to day service. We greatly don't recommend anyone bringing them business because 9/10 you will get hit by the same bull. Think twice before you take you business there.
