Best Personal Trainer!!! I've been with TPT for 2 years. This place is amazing! At 54 with a number of old sports injuries. Worst being two herniated discs that are being managed by my Chiropractor. I have tried it all. Boot camps, Krav Maga, Crossfit, Yoga, Pilates, Spin, etc. TPT was my perfect fit! Seth, Stephen and Aaron have taken amazing care of me, and have tailored my workouts to accommodate all my old injuries, while at the same time making me the strongest I've ever been. Can't say enough good things about TPT. I started training here in 12/2017, over the course of 10 months I lost 67 pounds and at least 100 inches. Their workouts are challenging; they push you beyond limits you thought you had. You get a great workout, increased strength, confidence, stamina. Stephen Thompson at TPT is amazing!!! We put him to the task of getting our daughter ready for the U.S. Air Force Academy. She had a long list of things she needed to do to pass their physical fitness test. Stephen already had the knowledge base for military academies, and was excited to get her ready. I started working out with Bri in April, and my schedule was crazy, she was very flexible and worked with me. By May I had a consistent schedule working out three days a week. I connected with Bri immidiately, she listens, she is very passionate about fitness and helping her clients meet their goals. Bri does a great job providing variety - because I get bored very easy. I do not think I have never done the same thing twice, I love that I never know what to expect and that she pushes me (because I wouldn't). I have done some things I didn't think I could- like a higher weight, more reps or a move that I didn't think I could master. She has a geat balance between challenging and pushing me and supporting and encouraging me duing our workouts. She is very motivated to keep me focused on my goals. I first started going to Seth back in March of 2013 for one-on-one sessions and he is AMAZING. He truly cares about your results and satisfaction.
