Imagine my surprise when I walk outside at 6am to head to my job in healthcare, only to find my car no longer in the parking lot. Called the towing company to figure out if they were the one's who took my car, they did. Because my inspection sticker was out date. I have been parking in my apartment complexes parking lot THAT I PAY TO PARK IN for the past few months until I could get the car inspected. The woman who released my car to me at the compound would not even get up out of her desk to ask if I needed help. Just kept asking me what I needed from her desk, which was behind a wall and a door. There was only a tiny window. I had to stick my head THROUGH the tiny window they have up front to find where the voice was coming from to inform her I needed to pick up my car. She only came to the window to ask me to pay $175. No where online is it listed that there is a fee to pay with card. $185 to pick up my car that was only impounded for 2 hours. Insane prices, horrible customer service. Highly DO NOT recommend dealing with this company. I will be contacting the apartment complexes management to file a complaint with them as well for using such a horrible company at their establishments.
