We took our vehicle in. We knew that it needed a tire sensor monitor and we knew what tire needed it. We actually wanted them to do a diagnostic to make sure the engine was running properly and didn't have any errors. And asked for a quote on the sensor repair as we had just had one repaired at another shop. The charged us for diagnosing an issue. We already knew was there, and we didn't ask them to do and then when I called to question the manager about it. he lied to me and told him my husband spoke with him, but my husband knew that he had spoke with an associate and not the manager and so when I called him, I am back to tell him he lied to me then he started to change his tune. My theory is is if they can't be honest How would I know that they're honest enough for me to be allowing them to work on something that I rely on and expect to be safe

A young man named " Ernie " offered to help us, as the car was about a mile away, and we didn't have roadside service . So he followed us to our car, used his phneomatic tool to remove the lugs, took off the flat, and put on the spare. We then followed him back to the shop where we bought (4) used tires because none of the tires were good on our car. Ernie never complained ( it was quite cold outside ), he gave us such a great price and took care of this problem completely ! Please stop here if you need a used tire or (4) like we did...
