    Very friendly and decent price. They had my tires in stock and changed all 4 of them in just over hour. Great place.

I brought it back in and was told i also need to do a front hub on the car as well. They replaced the rotor that was damaged for free due to bad install but was charged for the hub. Fast forward a couple months and now the exact same hub requires replacement. Would not recommend doing any maintenance at this place other than maybe an oil change.

This is a brand new facility (open for a few months). It was a Saturday afternoon and, upon pulling up, I was surprised they had no other customers! I was immediately greeted by a young man with a tablet, he was friendly and asked how he could help. I said I just needed an oil change and for them to check out the status of my brakes. He obliged and began to take down my information. The facility was clean, they even had a selection of coffees and a Keurig machine. I took it upon myself to get a cup of "Donut shop" coffee (one of my personal favs), then I commenced to sit down and do what everyone does today (play in my phone and kill brain cells). The young handsome bearded gentleman (whom I apparently didn't see his car in the bay upon my arrival), was also in his phone doing stuff. I couldn't help but overhear the tech talking to this other fella, it sounded like his car had some more serious stuff wrong with it...poor guy! The Jiffy Lube team was exceptional at communicating everything from the 'get', and the couple people working with me were very friendly and personable - no complaints there. After my oil change was done, but before I paid, it seems Jiffy Lube has a software which clearly shows the results of their inspection and they went through everything with me to show me what things were done, what areas were major and minor for me to consider in upcoming visits. It was pretty sweet! The 'downside' ~ My oil changes (blended synthetic) at local mechanics usually run around $60-$65, and are good for 5000 miles. The only issue I had with taking my car to Jiffy Lube was the price - $91 for an oil change for a 2014 Toyota Prius C....no more, no less. For this reason, I cannot, in good conscious, ever return to Jiffy Lube. This is simply not a competitive price. I hope this review helps someone!

    RUN AWAY FROM VALVOLINE!! They deserve NEGATIVE stars. I went for a routine oil change last…read moreSaturday for my Audi Q5 which this location had done before. After paying $139.55 I drove about 100 yards down the road to a stop light at which point my engine shut off and would not restart. Immediately called Valvoline and Manager, Michael, came down to look at my car. He reported everything they had done looked fine. Shoved car off main road into parking lot. He tried to convince me it was my battery (even though my lights were on and they checked the battery during oil change). He attempted to jumpstart my car and that was not the issue. Said he would start a customer care claim in case it's their fault and left. I had a tow truck take my car to repair shop where it was proven VALVOLINE neglected to put oil in my car after they drained it!! My motor is locked up and ruined. Not until Monday, did I hear from Lisa, area manager, through customer care line. She insisted she look at the car and try putting oil in it. Met her at repair shop to which she never once said hello, introduced herself, shook hands, or even express empathy for situation. Saw with her own eyes no oil is in the car and motor locked up. Says it has to be towed somewhere for a full diagnostic test and estimates to repair. I requested it go to Audi service department and she flat said no as if it's her vehicle and not mine. Told her I wanted to know where she wanted to take it and who was going to tow it. Was never notified with that information prior to her moving forward with having it towed. I asked for a rental and was told no until she received a diagnostic test and estimate. They received an estimate Tuesday at 2 pm and passed it on to their insurance company. I'm still being refused a rental vehicle and have had to call off work for 3 consecutive days to date. Was told insurance company would contact me yesterday and they did not and have not to date. They refuse to provide me with insurance contact information or someone above Lisa at Valvoline. Lisa has been nothing but rude and constantly blowing smoke and finding reasons to drag this process out instead of doing everything she can to help me. Their NEGLEGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE ruined my Audi motor and I'm the one suffering the consequences. I have filed complaint with the State's Attorney General Office and have also retained an attorney. This has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and the worst customer service experience of my life. It's a mystery to me how Lisa ever became an area manager in a customer service company and Valvoline is PATHETIC and doesn't own up to their mess ups nor do they even act like they give a d@mn. Please stay away from this business so this doesn't happen to you!!!!!!

    Went here a few years ago and gave a bad review. I now see that they have had it removed somehow. I…read morewill now replace my previous review: Took my 1991 Cadillac here as it was running rough. Service manager said he could get her running good again. I felt pretty good about Carz R Us at that point. Left the car there around 830 AM. Didn't hear anything for awhile but got a call around 230 PM. They wanted me to approve ANOTHER $100 for diagnostic service. I wasn't aware of the first $100 fee. In all my years of dealing with automotive services I've never been charged diagnostic fees. I told them to cancel any more fees and I'll be down to pick it up. When I got there they told me that they were very busy and didn't get to my car right away. It was then that I realized that I'm not sure they even got to it. When the person drove my car out he was visibly pissed and came roaring around the corner and slammed the brakes then slammed the door. I'm sure they were counting on soaking me for more $$$. I took the car to a different local mechanic and he fixed the problem in less than an hour for $75 and zero diagnostic fees. Thank goodness I didn't let Carz R Us keep my car. Buyer beware!
