Basically a brand new car, this hybrid was dead, no power at all. I filled out the Yelp information stating the make and model of the car, the location in a parking garage and the circumstances of why I needed the tow. I had Yelp send out projects to four towing services. I chose ABC Road Services [I am confused by the different company name, listed in Google as F&G Towing, instead of ABC Road Services as listed in Yelp ...], as they were the cheapest quote. . . and the owner said he may be able to fix the problem without a tow. The owner came over and tried to charge the car's auxiliary battery. No go. He told me after fifteen minutes of attempted charging, that the battery was dead and the hybrid battery also had no power, and that we needed to tow the car. However, since the aux battery was dead, the car could not be put in reverse. Also, the flatbed he brought was too high to carry the car through the garage. He suggested buying a new battery to get power to place the car in neutral to roll it out to the truck. I went out to purchase a new replacement auxiliary battery and scheduled to have the tow company return the next day (as the dealer had already closed). Another tech came out, and first wanted to try charging the aux battery again. It worked! There was enough charge to start the vehicle, with no need for replacing the battery or towing the car to the dealer. The problem, according to the first technician, was that the charger that the owner brought was not compatible with the 12v battery. The second tech had a 12v charger. He told me to keep it running to charge the aux battery. He then left for another job. Unfortunately, after running the car for five minutes to charge up the battery, I turned off the car and it promptly died - again, no power. As I found out later through research, these hybrids often do not have alternators to regulate the battery charge, relying instead on regeneration by braking and by engine power. The first tech still was busy with another tow, and a second tech came out to switch out the battery. Viola! Power restored and the car could shut down without losing power! I followed his advice and put in a gas stabilizer and drove the car out to a gas station to fill up the tank. Fortunately, no extra charge for the first visit, as well as the two techs that came out. And since I didn't actually need a tow, I did not need to pay for towing. HOWEVER, if I did need a tow, the owner quoted $145 for tow up to 8 miles. The dealer was 5 miles away, so not bad. The first tech, asked me what had been quoted to me by the owner, and when I told him the tech said "Honestly, it will be $195 for the tow." Why the difference? I do not know, but that price change worried me. So, for the owner to give me the wrong quote upfront, and for the worries caused to me for due to the inability to charge the aux battery in the first place, I had to take off two stars for this review. If the two techs were the only ones I had to deal with, I would have given 5 stars for their time and service.

I chose and paid for a "2-year warranty" battery but Wael installed a lower "1-year warranty" battery in car instead. He charged me $248 for the lower level battery which costs $110 in Auto Zone. See enclosed photos. The authenticity of the photo was confirmed by Auto Zone sales. When I brought this up to Wael, he refused to refund the difference and argued that I misunderstood him. He also did not install the car battery properly with one side of the battery bracket not fastened, hanging loose on top of the battery. His manner was very unprofessional when being confronted with the truth. He took advantage of vulnerable and distressed people eager to get their cars started again. I would not recommend anyone to use this "businesses" for roadside assistance.

I couldn't believe it as my towing provider said it would be an hour. They had me to Big O Tires in no time and Big O jumped in and fixed the tire super quick. I can honestly say it was a miracle that took place in front of me. I am so grateful for people who jump in when we need help. Truly. I cannot recommend A's towing enough. I quickly looked up on Yelp for a towing and decided to choose this spot after another spot wasn't able to come quickly enough. I'm happy with my decision. He was prompt and very responsive. 6:25pm called 7:13pm arrived 7:25pm fixed $125 in cash. Done deal. We were all watching him move around the flatbed and hook while also putting wood under the tires for a smooth support. He was great and seemed respectful. Would recommend! Context: Me and my roomies had to move a dead car from our driveway so some roof work could be done. Once the roof work was over we tried moving the car back to the driveway...and it was SO difficult. Not only was the car dead, but it was pretty much non operating. (don't judge me, lol) So, after considering what to do, I was put into contact with Luis from Bece Towing. He was able to come out in 25 minutes of me reaching out, figure out the best way to move the car and he navigated every hurdle that the car had. He was a lifesaver, and was very kind. I paid $150 via Zelle for the service, which seemed on the average side compared to some of the other options. But honestly? I'm pretty happy. Now I get to chill out for the rest of my afternoon.

Jose is honest, a great communicator and he does extremely competent work in a very timely fashion. Pablo is his main mechanic and is very knowledgeable. His towing service also comes in very handy ... I have seen him. respond to calls on Sundays and do pick ups on Sundays. I wish there were more mechanics and towing services like Salazar's.

This guy towed a brand new performance car with the vehicle on. BMW says he told them it "turned on…read moreby itself." Which they knew was a lie because cars don't do that. I told him it was on and asked him to turn it off before he left. I called again and asked him to pull over and turn it off. He said it was off and would automatically turn off. That's not a thing. It was showing clear in the BMW app as being on still. He lied to me and to BMW.
