I also got rid of 2 unnecessary policies that they had for my personal property and my business. I was audited 13 times in 1 year by these guys which was an absolute nightmare. After I challenged them and won on more than 1 occasion I never got an apology, just sent to re audit and cause me more paperwork every year. I had a friend in this group that I thought was taking care of me so I was afraid it would be worse if I left. I was very wrong. I have been gone a year now so I waited to write this since last year. My new agency has cut my insurance by 60% and all deductibles are in half like I said. Same insurance company and policies, yet half the cost. Also now I get answers instantly not in two weeks. I have been in business since 1997 and my family business since 1988 I can say this is the worst business I have dealt with including car sales !
