The counter staff and an assistant manager were both very helpful and customer service oriented. I anticipated flack about closing my account which I did not receive. In fact there was no need for me to explain my reason(s). This small town branch and its employees were great. As a side note, there is no negative feelings about me closing the account. I am just moving all accounts to my central credit union. I have had great experiences with Wells Fargo and should I go back to a non-credit union institution I would go back to Wells Fargo.

Instead I went to Florin Branch and they were very helpful and even Fruitridge branch were very helpful. My issue of withdrawing cash was resolved yesterday with the teller who are very helpful. I highly recommend those 2 branches if you need help on withdrawals.
