I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. Definitely recommend this shop, they made everything so easy and exceeded expectations in every way.

Unfortunately, the fiberglass had developed some serious oxidation, especially on the front cap. I tried the ol' wax by elbow grease method, but it wasn't working. After watching several "You Tube" videos on polishing technics, I ventured out into the big box and auto parts store world to find cutting compounds, polishes, pads and a polishing machine. I search high and low everywhere in Central Oregon and to my complete surprise, these types of stores stock almost nothing I needed to get started on my DIY detail adventure. I concluded that all this stuff was available only on line. UNTIL I FOUND DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH DETAILING SUPPLY STORE IN REDMOND OREGON!
