He did a serious inspection of the damage, took several photographs, informed me that there might be invisible damage they they could discover while doing the repairs. He then proceeded to prepare a written quote. I was impressed with the professionalism of the inspection and the quote. The quote was reasonable; but, was missing a couple of critical elements. The front office ladies are prompt about communicating with me and letting me know where they're at in the repair process too. Forget where you live, get your car towed there for service you'll be happy with upon completion.

They parked it in direct sunlught which hides wrong color trying to deceive me. I pulled it in parking space out of direct sun. Again paint did not match. First trip in we called on status, they said it was just painted and had to wait next day to dry and pick up. Second trip they painted it and said its ready same day. Didn't have to wait a day to dry. Obviously a con job. They didn't paint it the second go-around.

Once I got it back one day later I had to take it back because it wasn't working right. They said they fixed the leaks and problems to only have the car die one week later as I was driving to work. When we called and told them the damage that was done they didn't offer to correct it or give us our money back. They took our money, Kept the car too long, and are dishonest.
