Super impressed with the service and work I received last week at Mark's Auto Body. Beginning with my first contact- I emailed to find out about scheduling a repair through insurance and had a response from Shane within about 15 minutes. I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. I can't say enough great things about this business. My car was hit in the rear passenger door and fender. I was beyond upset and terrified of finding "the right" body shop. I also didn't want a huge insurance hassle. Mark's, which happened to be one of my insurance company's preferred shops. When my insurance company suggested Mark's Auto Body, I was picturing a shop in some guys garage with a bunch of people sitting around drinking beer. Not even close. This place is amazing, huge, clean, and totally set up. Very nice shop. I am SUPER particular about my car. My car is my baby. I was terrified it would look terrible from now on. I didn't want anyone to be able to tell it had ever been hit. It has black pearl paint so I was afraid the paint wouldn't match, and thought of all the ways the repair wouldn't be right. Then came the problem of pin striping. The door had to be replaced, so the pin striping would have to be replaced on that side of the car. My car is 15 years old, so the pin striping was faded, cracked, and not even really a color anymore. They helped me pick out new pin striping (the original color was discontinued) and I asked them to do both sides and I would just pay for the drivers side so it would match. LONG STORY SHORT, they got my car done earlier than I expected, did an amazing job on the pin striping (it was some weird custom job that they replicated beautifully) and the paint matched perfectly! I was so relieved. And, they included the drivers side pin striping in the job; I didn't have to pay extra! My boyfriend is always super critical of things like this. He examined the repair for a while, opening and closing the door, trying to find something wrong. He couldn't find anything to say about it except that it looked good. But then...to top it all off...they totally cleaned it inside and out! Repairs aside, my car left there more beautiful and cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. It even smells clean! THEN, Shane was able to save me $50 on my deductible payment. I don't know how, but $50 is $50! LASTLY they are great to work with. Being a woman, sometimes when you go into shops like this the guys will talk over, or down to you. I never felt that way once with these guys. From quote to finished product, so professional, great to work with, super nice guys. Always accommodating and listened to my every concern. If I could give them 15 stars I would. Thank you Mark's. No one wants to need an Auto Body shop but if you do these are the guys, hands down. The customer service was amazing, these guys are kind, genuine and extremely professional. So beyond happy with the service I received! I was originally told by a different shop that I would have my car back for a minimum of 45 days. With that, I ended up bringing it to Mark's instead and the exceeded that time line by almost three weeks! I got my car back within 2 weeks. They used all new parts and were awesome when asking for updates. My car is running better than ever and looks BRAND NEW. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Very highly recommend them! A couple of weeks ago we brought our truck to them through an insurance claim with USAA, the left back panel had been hit by another truck, they replaced the panel and repainted (RED) the panel. They did an amazing job of matching the paint and replacing the panel that is looks brand new again. My husband couldn't not have been happier he went on for a couple of days saying how good it looked. The service was over the top professional and friendly we were updated every day and the repair was completed before the time we were given. These guys are pros in body work repairs, they will be getting all of our future business and auto body referrals with our family and friends. read more

Marks Auto Body provided excellent service. They were able to get my pickup in in a short amount of time. They also stayed in contact throughout the repair process in addition to the insurance company. The staff was very helpful. After it was repaired I had a couple minor issues with the repairs and adjustments. Marks immediately got my truck in and fixed the problem the day I took it back in to have it looked at. I had no appointment and they still were able to get it right in. I would recommend them to anyone needing a professional shop that will provide excellent service and will definitely return If I need work completed in the future. read more
