Our van had a bunch of cracks from over winter, and we wanted to get it replaced before we leave on vacation. I reached out to auto glass pros over fb messenger last week sometime, and they responded quickly and even fit me into their schedule to make sure it gets done before our trip that we leave on tomorrow. Fast forward to today, the owner and his 2 sons all came to the house, they told me what was going to happen, what was needed to be done after the windshield was replaced, and then they jumped right into the job. No joke, they were finished from beginning to end in about 35-40 minutes. They were all super nice and friendly, and we offered them water because it's hot outside. I 1000% recommend them to anybody needing a windshield replacement. Windshield looks nice but the installer's attention to detail leaves me disappointed. I found broken glass left inside the car, gaps between the interior roof and exterior base of the window, and two plastic bolt covers are now missing. Not impressed. read more

So auto glass pros outta terrbon came out to fix my windows . I was super stoked cause no one else from Portland to bend would service warmsprings and they were half the price of everyone else. They were spouse to b there at 2 but they called at 10 and wanted to come out early .I was panicking cause that gene that allows u to shoot 100$ bills out ur ass at will missed me. My dad wanted his car back at that moment I still had to meet someone at 1 and go get cash out atm. So I asked whoever called me if they would take a business check from my son. He said ya. They get done Sophia's their bringing the check and I give it to the guy and he starts flipping out" I don't take checks. I told u cash only and if u wanted to use debit card u would have to have paid on Friday!! He throws the check in the truck it flies under the truck and me and Sophia are looking at each other like WTF! and he says " I swear if this check bounces I'll come back here and bust these windows out! I shit u not! Sophia gets out of truck and very calm and politely says would u rather have a debit card? And he goes debit or credit? Sophia's like it a business debit card. He yell at his kid " stop banging on the window and get under the truck and get that check! Sophia's looking at me like hell no! If Matt was here he wouldn't be talking to us like that. Then he goes " where do u want this glass talking bout the front n back windows...they r too shattered . I'm not taking them with us. I said just leave them their I'll get them. I have never seen a business owner b so rude I'm my life. Not trying to b totally negitive with this experience so on the positive side. I don't know what is up with the bad reviews below. This company was very responsive to my emails and questions. They were the only company that gave me a discount as I had 3 vehicles I needed done. The glass was OEM quality and was not Chinese glass. He arrived when he was scheduled to arrive and got all 3 windshields done pretty quickly. He was very willing to communicate with us as well and happy to share knowledge. I will definitely use these guys again in the future! read more

Unfortunately the second time going through this company they burned me, or I should say my 16 year son. I had my windshield replaced about 6 months ago and was so happy I even gave him a $20 on top of paying completely out of pocket with cash... then I went ahead and purchased another Groupon to help my son out with his trucks windshield replacement, and the guy totally refused the Groupon and charged my son the value of the coupon in cash ($100), so needless to say we wont be going through here again and I would definitely make sure you check your reviews before picking your "people"! read more

Worst experience ever they told me they were Gonna. Give me cpac American glass windshield. It's Fuyao. They gave me Chinese windshield from Hong Kong. They went into the store where I had my car and took all of their business cards for windshield off the counter and put theirs on there and they were mad at me. For that, too. This is a place that does not do good business do not go to them. read more
