The trainers are wonderful in their own unique way; Kelly will motivate and push you while focusing on form, Jenn is the ultimate cheerleader with such a sweet spirit and Jimmy seems laid back until he hands you heavier weights knowing you can do more. The trainers will meet with you individually to work on your goals and give you tips while tracking your progress. I have always been apart of a gym and enjoyed being active. Burn provides so much more than your typical gym, it is an atmosphere focused on improving and motivating with a community of likeminded members. I'm a fan ;)

I first came in back in April 2012 as hesitant because I was honestly scared of intimidating work outs, will I look like a fool, and will I fall over for not being able to do the work outs. I loved the friendly staff and owners that I met on my first day in! They greeted me with open arms and helped me realized my health goals and what I need to achieve these goals. The workouts are GREAT! Every week is a different routine and they throw finishers too at the end of every workout. If you can't do a certain circuit due to injuries, they also offer modifications and work with you. They've now added BOXING!! Boxing is now my favorite part! Great cardio workout, help build stamina, and build self confidence too. The trainers & staff are great!! They're a fun, outgoing, and respectful group of individuals who push you to strive harder. I've lost more than 20lbs and counting! I'm more confident in myself, feel great, my asthma hasn't been a nuisance, and the trainers have also helped me find ways to ease my plantar faciitis. My goal is to fit nicely (and not bulging) in my new size 8 clothes, and maybe even get into a size 6...but it's not just about the sizes, it's leading a healthy lifestyle and enjoying my workouts at ABP. I hate to move at the end of the year after I get married back to California...I wish I can take ABP & the great staff with me! I need to hit the lotto so that can encourage them to come out hahaha!

After the recent closing of the Gate Parkway Titanup location, (due to unforeseen landlord…read morerestrictions) I was honestly nervous about switching to the Nocatee Titanup Fitness because the Gate Pkwy crew really felt like home. I truly loved my time there over the last couple of years. Starting over at a new gym/location can feel a smidge awkward (with any change), but the transition has been way smoother than I expected and everyone at Nocatee has been super welcoming from the start. The gym is always bright & cheery, clean, the classes push you in the best way, and the community atmosphere is still very much there. I've really loved getting to know the new trainers and new work out crew. It already feels familiar walking in, which was the best surprise given it's my first week. Very grateful to still have a place that keeps me motivated and makes showing up feel so easy. The crew lifts pretty heavy here which is amazing motivation to reset my personal goals and raise the bar. Cheers to a new start! What orientation? The one where I'm told to sign here, here and here? Then again months later on a tablet?? Overall the workouts with Dottie were beneficial outside of that they were mediocre at best. Absolutely would not recommend unless you want poor service and being charged fees that are absurd.
