This workout flew in time! I was definitely already breaking a sweat halfway through. The instruction videos were very clear and the routines rotate. It's advertise as for beginners through expert, however, I think it's more intermediate to expert. The layout is very tight and there is 2 people to a station. I think this is important to note as one may like their space when working out. A big plus to this is how it's family/veteran operated. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about 9 Rounds style of exercise. Facility was very clean. There is locker/cubby space for belongings and a filtered water fountain. I enjoyed my time at 9Round and would recommend so those that are looking to change up their current routine for a more high-impact, cardio pumping exercise!

A great release from a stressful work week. The Yelp staff were so organized and motivating as were the kickboxing staff. The only thing that made me anxious was how sanitary were the gloves. All I can tell you is if my hands got sweaty, I'm sure other folks did too. Didn't see any hand sanitizer available. Doesn't mean it wasn't there I just didn't see any. But aside from that it was a really great workout. They had an awesome DJ and light snacks afterwards. Thanks Yelp for those very convenient sweat towels because I really needed it. Would consider joining 9round if it was closer to home.

We all know that no gym is perfect, they all suffer from a flaw here and there, and this location is no different. Their cinema room is awesome, a solid variety of old and newer films, their staff are friendly in my own experience, and this location has a deeper pool than some others I've been to, and some of the more modernized equipment and amenities. Their merch and shop selections can be a bit sparse, and like most EOS locations, their child care can be more unavailable vs available, but if you're wanting a fully loaded gym at a reasonable price, you will definitely get what you pay for with this location. He took my number and said he'd call after he checked his schedule to set up training with me. Never called me. I insisted he cancel everything and issue me a refund. They continued to bill me. And bill me....and bill me. It took weeks to elevate my case to the right person and get my money back. Unprofessional and way too much trouble!!!!!

Coach Ethan does a great job handling so many kids for class. My son made it up the 8 foot warp wall for the first time a couple weeks ago. He really enjoys coming to class and open gym. Coach Eric recently was at our location and sensed my son's need and have him special attention and my boy loved Eric for it. We are very pleased with our son's progress and the value for what we pay at Conquer Ninja gym in Gilbert/Queen Creek.

They're also great about helping with form and offering modifications so you can push yourself safely. The studio is always clean and organized, and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming every time I walk in.
