Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled not only at the club level but also through the company's review and appeal process, I can no longer recommend EōS Fitness as a whole. If a zero-star rating were an option, that is the rating I would give based on my experience. The issue began with repeated confusion surrounding the guest check-in process for my sister, who attended as my guest. On multiple occasions, she experienced difficulties checking in despite being an authorized guest. During the final incident, she left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome and later told me she would not return because of how she felt she had been treated. Because of her experience, I approached management to express my concerns. The manager involved in my sister's interaction was also the person who handled my concerns. At the time, I was left with the understanding that she was the person responsible for addressing management-level issues at the location. I felt my concerns regarding my guest's experience were not taken seriously and that the customer service surrounding the situation was poor. What made the situation even more frustrating was that another employee later located and corrected the issue with my sister's guest information and apologized for the confusion. This left me feeling that the entire situation could have been resolved much differently from the beginning. I want to be fair and acknowledge that I became frustrated during my interaction with staff and regret my part in the disagreement that followed. Shortly afterward, I was informed that my membership had been permanently revoked from all EōS locations. What concerns me most is not the disagreement itself, but how the matter was handled afterward. After learning that my membership had been revoked, I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally. Following the instructions provided by EōS staff, I returned to the Higley location in person and apologized for my role in the interaction. I also submitted a formal written appeal through the EōS review process and included an apology there as well, acknowledging my part in the situation and taking responsibility for my conduct. Despite those efforts, I never received a clear explanation of the specific conduct or policy violation that warranted a permanent ban. The final response I received was a form letter citing general policies regarding inappropriate conduct but did not identify the specific behavior that led to the decision or address the questions raised in my appeal. I respect a business's right to enforce its policies and protect its employees. However, when a member is permanently banned from every location, I believe members deserve transparency, a meaningful review process, and a clear explanation of the reasons for that decision. While others may have positive experiences at EōS, my experience left me feeling that there was little opportunity for resolution, clarification, or fair consideration of the circumstances. The permanent ban itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and meaningful response throughout the process was what ultimately left the strongest impression.

She is kind, encouraging, and supportive. She helped me dial in my workouts and I continue to get stronger every week. For the last 5+ years I have had severe hip pain and her attention to this has been the best thing I could ask for. My hip pain is nearly gone and I continue to increase mobility and get stronger. Imagine this, on Sunday I went in the gym app with a very funky mindset determine to claim a spot in the yin yoga class so I could head to gym and do something different, focusing on wellbeing & breath. I thankfully noticed I was waitlisted because had I shown up I would be utterly embarrassed (on my mind) since I think i had signed up for a more advanced yoga class. Haha after that "failed" attempt into my new year, centered-me, I decided to start over on Monday. Monday came I got busy, never made it. Well, TODAY I walked into Mountainside like the boss (of me) and had an amazing workout, hit it up the weights, did some stretches also and I realized how much I have missed being consistent with my gym and my training. I love how clean mountainside always is, the colors around also are pleasing to the eye, great gym layout, cool people doing their thing, friendly staff, it is a very welcoming atmosphere that helps staying motivated. After my workout, I also managed to get a sauna session that is included in my membership. So, despite the unexpected plot twists of my early 2024 (and it is only 2nd week of the year!), I am so thankful for Mountainside for reminding me of my favorite cliches- "life is too short & health is wealth!" I have the black membership so I enjoy utilizing the total body fitness treatment. This unit is a red light therapy combined with Vibershape technology. I love using this unit because there are fans at the top of the unit. I take advantage of this treatment after my workout and it can get very warm inside the standup red light therapy enclosure. I also enjoy the Vibershape platform. I utilize it while I'm doing red light therapy to reduce cellulite and it also helps me relax. Overall, I feel like not only is this gym friendly but it's also clean which is a huge priority for me. staff members wiping down machines cleaning, especially high contact areas.

The next morning, I called to cancel and repeatedly asked that my credit card information be removed from their system. Instead of addressing my request, Boone became defensive, argued with me, challenged my concerns, and hung up on me multiple times. After finally telling me that my credit card was no longer in their system, I later discovered that LA Fitness charged my card anyway. The combination of high-pressure sales tactics, accepting unauthorized signatures, poor customer service, repeated hang-ups, and misleading information about my payment information was completely unacceptable. This experience left me with serious concerns about the professionalism and ethics of this location. I would strongly encourage prospective members to carefully review anything they are asked to sign and monitor their accounts closely.
