My body needed a rest day for sure, these classes can be intense, but it makes you feel good. Most instructors are super fun, there were some I did not care for, I do not remember their names since I was just there for a short period of time. JD and Chris were very kool, oh and Sam. Who would have thought spin can be hard :))) I took their classes the most, not intentionally, and we had fun every time. It is very important while you are running out of breath :D I liked how my body was changing and how my stamina improved even in that one week. I am good at cardio and flexibility; I thought that weights are not my thing, but these awesome trainers proved me otherwise. F45 is not only a group class facility but a strong, caring community. And they make you feel like you are part of it very quickly. The instructors take classes with us too sometimes and they push you gently, I felt inspired not annoyed. My friends have an unlimited class and that is how you get your money worth, I checked Dallas, their promotion is $30 for 3 classes. Unfortunately, there is none close to me, and I know myself, if the gym is more than 10 min drive, I won't go. It is fine, cannot wait to come visit again and see those lovely peeps at F45.

It started with a very knowledgeable Trainer who signed me up and gave me all info I needed. When I arrived people were friendly. The workouts are fun and hard as I remember. I was approached by 2 of the trainers to check on me and also to give me info re changing my movements to maximize my ability to gain strength. The trainers are highly experienced and educated in strength training and physical movement. The managers and trainers are very friendly and approachable. F45 workouts are the most fun in the world just my opinion)- and this is a wonderful place to maintain and increase your fitness with expert trainers. I will be there- you?

Tommy (the owner) ran me through a super set circuit and I feel like I got a better workout in the 20-30 minutes I was there than I do after spending an hour and a half at my regular gym (LA Fitness). I tried out this new boot camp style studio this morning and I was impressed! In my opinion it's…read morethe best option for this type of workout in the area. Why, you ask? 1. They have 2 instructors per class + videos showing you every move, complete with countdowns and instructions. All this made for a well presented and clear workout. 2. The options are great, they rotate between various cardio and strength workouts. The instructors were also quick to give me modifications based on an injury, which was super helpful. 3. The equipment and space are top notch. It is new, but I still felt like everything was nice and clean from the Concept rowers to the kettle bells. I liked the padded floors and the space is bright and open. 4. The 45 mins time is kinda perfect. Not too short, but it went by really quickly. I also like the format of the class with time on/time off and then rest time. The first class is free - so check it out! It's fun and I think it's a really good workout.

I told him I wanted a refund and they have not done anything they said they would look into it. I would not recommend this and because they do not tell you that you'll be paying a membership fee monthly until after your training session, which I didn't even get to because Kevin would make appointments with me and always canceled them last minute.

Since then, they have followed him up to his new gym! I swung by a couple of Saturdays ago and did a 30 min workout here with the guys. I didn't know what to expect, especially since I have never been to a crossfit gym before. Our workout that morning was more conditioning exercises and I actually enjoyed it! We did the 9 AM workout with Coach Anna. I struggled with push presses and Joel and Anna were there to walk me through the movements when my form was not correct. Thank you! Cody was sore the following days and could barely lift his arms. I was decently sore as well. Meaning it was a great workout and it was only 30 min! Everyone has been really friendly and nice, and the instructors are great about explaining things for noobs like us (we've never done CrossFit before!) - also major plus, there are about the same number of women as men attending classes which is super inspiring and makes us feel comfortable. - nice, clean and well organized. The community here is also top notch. Everyone is very welcoming to people of all skill/experience levels, body types, and backgrounds. Continued with a workout that both kicks my ass and simultaneously lets me feel satisfied, tailored to my skill level. When I show up regularly, I can always meet my fitness goals. The coaches never hang up on the minor details (eg. when I already have unlimited membership, I keep forgetting to sign up and they just always smile about it, and punch me into the system, this wasn't the case with every gym). When I'm late to the class and I can safely join the workout I've just alway welcomed to join in. This place makes the barrier to entry into your workout a breeze. I've tried CF gyms all across the US and EU and 90% of the time I had a positive experience in all of them, but Felix tops it all! And the best part whenever I come back to Felix, I can alway get my original rates back.
