It started with a very knowledgeable Trainer who signed me up and gave me all info I needed. When I arrived people were friendly. The workouts are fun and hard as I remember. I was approached by 2 of the trainers to check on me and also to give me info re changing my movements to maximize my ability to gain strength. The trainers are highly experienced and educated in strength training and physical movement. The managers and trainers are very friendly and approachable. F45 workouts are the most fun in the world just my opinion)- and this is a wonderful place to maintain and increase your fitness with expert trainers. I will be there- you?

Katie, a temp manager (maternity leave), was superb! 3. STELLAR coaching - this from a highly technical coach. We all need coaching and I got some, especially from Coach Juan who is not only good at coaching but is also super nice! Tonya is a beast with clear and amazing cues for coaching. 4. CLEAN studio with good equipment. Other studios that I've been to have damaged equipment on the floor. Didn't see any at Eastlake. Equipment was well maintained. In addition, they have Olympic bars! I had the opportunity to take 2 classes at F45 Training Capitol Hill and had a great time! Trainers Danna and Jenna were extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell that they enjoy their job and they are very positive when coaching the classes. Every person that I chatted with in the classes were also very nice! I love that this F45 location does a group huddle, group stretch, and high fives at the end of every class. I highly recommend visiting and taking a class, whether you live in Seattle or just visiting. They have 2 instructors per class + videos showing you every move, complete with countdowns and instructions. All this made for a well presented and clear workout. 2. The options are great, they rotate between various cardio and strength workouts. The instructors were also quick to give me modifications based on an injury, which was super helpful. 3. The equipment and space are top notch. It is new, but I still felt like everything was nice and clean from the Concept rowers to the kettle bells. I liked the padded floors and the space is bright and open. 4. The 45 mins time is kinda perfect. Not too short, but it went by really quickly. I also like the format of the class with time on/time off and then rest time. The first class is free - so check it out! It's fun and I think it's a really good workout.

I told him I wanted a refund and they have not done anything they said they would look into it. I would not recommend this and because they do not tell you that you'll be paying a membership fee monthly until after your training session, which I didn't even get to because Kevin would make appointments with me and always canceled them last minute.

Since then, they have followed him up to his new gym! I swung by a couple of Saturdays ago and did a 30 min workout here with the guys. I didn't know what to expect, especially since I have never been to a crossfit gym before. Our workout that morning was more conditioning exercises and I actually enjoyed it! We did the 9 AM workout with Coach Anna. I struggled with push presses and Joel and Anna were there to walk me through the movements when my form was not correct. Thank you! Cody was sore the following days and could barely lift his arms. I was decently sore as well. Meaning it was a great workout and it was only 30 min! It is a great space, very clean, and the coaches are very enthusiastic for you to be there! I'll definitely go by again when I am around on the weekends more!

Checked out several gyms in the area having just moved here from CA and my sister and I decided to…read morego with this one because - it seems to be a great community. Everyone has been really friendly and nice, and the instructors are great about explaining things for noobs like us (we've never done CrossFit before!) - also major plus, there are about the same number of women as men attending classes which is super inspiring and makes us feel comfortable. - nice, clean and well organized. We're doing a competition to get back into shape so decided to do unlimited classes and weekly training. We'll report back in a couple months on progress made
