My friend got me a 7 day trial for $25. What a steal! I got her money worth by attending 6 times. My body needed a rest day for sure, these classes can be intense, but it makes you feel good. Most instructors are super fun, there were some I did not care for, I do not remember their names since I was just there for a short period of time. JD and Chris were very kool, oh and Sam. Who would have thought spin can be hard :))) I took their classes the most, not intentionally, and we had fun every time. It is very important while you are running out of breath :D I liked how my body was changing and how my stamina improved even in that one week. I am good at cardio and flexibility; I thought that weights are not my thing, but these awesome trainers proved me otherwise. F45 is not only a group class facility but a strong, caring community. And they make you feel like you are part of it very quickly. The instructors take classes with us too sometimes and they push you gently, I felt inspired not annoyed. My friends have an unlimited class and that is how you get your money worth, I checked Dallas, their promotion is $30 for 3 classes. Unfortunately, there is none close to me, and I know myself, if the gym is more than 10 min drive, I won't go. It is fine, cannot wait to come visit again and see those lovely peeps at F45. read more

F45 Central District has been absolutely amazing for my workout journey. As someone who struggles to go to the gym and create my own workouts, having classes as an important criteria for me. I used ClassPass for about 2 years trying to find the exact type of classes that I like, until I discovered F45 in Central District!!! The reason I loved the workouts here was the way that the workouts are so unique and circuit style so you never get mentally bored or dread doing the same workout for 30 minutes. However, the coaches are really what stands out at these classes, especially after being to SO many different type of classes. They are so attentive, they check your form constantly which is really important for me because I frequently used to tweak my back from incorrect postures. They hype you up and they make you feel seen. I especially want to call out my 2 favorite coaches - Coach Jordan & Coach JD. I actively seek out their classes to take! They bring the right amount of hype, personal interaction as well as attentiveness. I recently have taken a handful of classes with Coach Laura as well, and she also has been incredible. Workout classes do end up blending into similar concepts, but the coaches are really what makes studios standout! I have since stopped using ClassPass and committed to F45 Central District on a class pack to try it out regularly and I definitely plan to get a regular membership next! read more

I am thrilled that I came across this gym because I really believe the F45 workouts will get me back to where I want to be fitness-wise in the least amount of time. I love that the classes are well designed to give a full body workout in only 45 minutes. Let's just get this out of the way at the beginning - Yes, F45 is expensive. If that's going to throw you off, then go ahead and stop reading now. Funny enough, this ended up being a boon for my fitness, as there was no way in hell that I was going to skimp on attending classes I was spending all that money on. Take that how you will. With that being said I do not have enough positive things to say about F45. The trainers are top notch (EASILY the overall highlight of working out here), the management is prompt and receptive, the equipment is great, and the facility is in a great central location. The friendly competition with the heart monitors adds some spice to the workouts, and I always found the music to be great. One my favorite elements of being a member was the F45 challenge, where you essentially go all-out on your workouts and diet for 45 days. I managed to lose 18 pounds thanks to this challenge, which was incredible. Again, it's that sense of friendly competition that really set F45 apart. I also love that there seemed to be a lot of pride with the members, but it didn't approach the cult-like attitude of a crossfit gym. A few precautions to keep in mind: 1- Physically, this gym is going to rock you. If you are just starting your fitness journey, you are undoubtedly going to struggle. I think F45 is definitely better suited for someone with at least some fitness background. Don't let that totally rule this out for you though, I think that once you get over that initial hump of adapting to the workouts, you'll love it and you will make huge progress. 2- Make sure you get all of your equipment when you join. There was a starting package of a heart monitor, towel, and hat that I never got when I joined, I thought it was something I had to purchase separately. I missed out on a month of tracking, which was a bit of a drag, but ultimately not the biggest deal. 3- Make sure you're paying attention to the charges related to your membership. COVID forced us to go to virtual workouts for a while, which then in turn made the management have to come up with a separate membership plan. I wasn't informed that the workouts had returned to in-person, so I spent a few months paying for nothing. Fortunately, as soon as I brought this up to the management, they promptly fixed everything and got me back up to speed. It is abundantly clear to me that the management cares about their brand, which is a welcome relief from experiences with other gyms where I have found managers trying to strong-arm people. read more

F45 Central District has provided me with motivation, community, education and kick ass workouts more than any other gym I've worked out at before. I've been coming here as often as I can over the last couple years and my relationship with exercise, and my body have transformed because of this studio. The coaches are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although the workouts are super intense, I've never felt intimidated or unwelcome. The F45 format is great because you don't have to count or think- you just show up and get a full body workout among all body types and fitness levels. Love F45!! This location is brand new and super nice. I love the classes, they change every single day to keep it exciting and keep you motivated. They are strength and cardio based and really challenge you so you know you are always getting a good workout. It's on the more expensive side but i find that motivates me to go more often. F45 is great! I have always had no problem getting to the gym or working out, but the machines/weights were always so intimidating! F45 makes it so easy and non-judgmental to start lifting heavy. I just want to start off by saying I love F45 so much!!! This location is new, so the area is kept clean and the equipments are fresh. I was actually hesitant to join at first because there's a gym at my apartment which is just next to F45 Seattle Central District, but I've been exercising on my own for some time now and I wanted to try team training. I thought I'd just get some tips on my form of doing deadlifts or how many sit-ups I need to do to get abs, but let me tell you...I GOT SO MUCH MORE! Since starting the challenge here, I've been a better person overall. Even though no one is forcing me to do so, I'm closely monitoring my food, sleep, and exercise to be healthier. I stepped out of my comfort zone by putting in 120% of effort into my workout every day. The best part is, not only the coaches and staffs here are welcoming and helpful, but others who train here also lift me up so much by creating an amazing community! Love this gym so much! It's upbeat and never the same twice. Music is super awesome and loud! All the trainers are super friendly. It's perfect for a seattlelite like me who doesn't necessarily want to socialize too much at the gym and who wants to get the workout finished fast. Started when they opened in December and have been going since then! They build a sense of community along with each of the coaches creating a very warm and welcoming environment.
