The sheer variety of isolation exercises possible here should excite any intermediate/advanced lifter! * incredible, well designed space surrounding the machines for free-weight activities, bars for deadlifts and old fashioned bench presses, enough high quality ROGUE benches to go around. * an upstairs area which provides additional machines, as well as empty space for stretching, personal stretching, etc. * limited selection of cardio machines that face outside This gym is very clearly targeted to serious fitness enthusiasts and is probably not a great place for the cardio-only half-asses lifting crowd. Since then, they have followed him up to his new gym! I swung by a couple of Saturdays ago and did a 30 min workout here with the guys. I didn't know what to expect, especially since I have never been to a crossfit gym before. Our workout that morning was more conditioning exercises and I actually enjoyed it! We did the 9 AM workout with Coach Anna. I struggled with push presses and Joel and Anna were there to walk me through the movements when my form was not correct. Thank you! Cody was sore the following days and could barely lift his arms. I was decently sore as well. Meaning it was a great workout and it was only 30 min! It is a great space, very clean, and the coaches are very enthusiastic for you to be there! I'll definitely go by again when I am around on the weekends more!

Everyone has been really friendly and nice, and the instructors are great about explaining things for noobs like us (we've never done CrossFit before!) - also major plus, there are about the same number of women as men attending classes which is super inspiring and makes us feel comfortable. - nice, clean and well organized. "Coach Chelsea" or whoever is calling and constantly texting has been told to stop and she won't let up. She leaves incredibly weird texts and they DO NOT STOP hassling you. I've told them politely to stop calling and texting and they wont. I told them I would report them, and she still hasn't stopped. If people don't want to do your program, they don't want to do it. I don't get how they think it's okay to just harrass people into joining.

They have been open for just one week and were generating a lot of interest for personal training. I met with the owner/trainer, Chris Meredith and he gave me the overview and philosophy for his business. It's a very positive focus on assisting clients to attain their individual fitness goals in a peaceful, beautiful setting. He tailors his training to his client's individual needs and tastes from encouraging them to really "bringing it" and challenging them to blast past their own barriers to a new fitness level. His website is still under construction, but don't let that prevent you from making contact and giving this new personal training studio a try. They have 2 instructors per class + videos showing you every move, complete with countdowns and instructions. All this made for a well presented and clear workout. 2. The options are great, they rotate between various cardio and strength workouts. The instructors were also quick to give me modifications based on an injury, which was super helpful. 3. The equipment and space are top notch. It is new, but I still felt like everything was nice and clean from the Concept rowers to the kettle bells. I liked the padded floors and the space is bright and open. 4. The 45 mins time is kinda perfect. Not too short, but it went by really quickly. I also like the format of the class with time on/time off and then rest time. The first class is free - so check it out! It's fun and I think it's a really good workout.

I've been going year for years and years…read more Honest review: CLEANLINESS: ZERO STARS. Don't believe the management's replies like they care. Don't believe the newer members who don't notice how disgustingly filthy this place is. THE LEADERSHIP DOES NOT do anything about it and they're lying. This place is absolutely filthy. I have pics to prove it and nothing ever changes. Skin and hair layered on the machines. Filthy saunas. Floors disgusting. Don't take my word for it Go check it out yourself. It's not opinion, it's fact. MACHINES: Outdated and dirty. Gross in fact. Especially upstairs. GARBAGES: Constantly overflowing. BATHROOMS: Dirty. Overflowing garbages, garbage on floor. LEADERSHIP: Poor. Unresponsive. Previous manager was totally checked out and unresponsive. Current leadership-- unresponsive. They do not return messages, acknowledge requests. This place is awful. I keep coming because of the friends I've made, but overall gets a failing grade. I know 7 gyms in the area, and this is, by far, the dirtiest. As a leader of many organizations, I can honestly say this is one of the worst businesses I've ever been involved with. The leaders do not lead with conviction, just excuses. Culture is terrible. What is the ONE thing people care about the most at a gym? Cleanliness. 24hr fitness? An F for failing. They take away paper towel dispensers so the people use less. They seriously don't care. If you care about cleanliness, this is not the place for you. If you can tolerate poor leadership and a filthy environment, then go for it. If the pool and saunas attract you to this gym, just be prepared for dirty areas. It's so bad, people bring their own masking smells. 24-hr Fit screams, "We don't care. But sign up here."
