I gotta brag about F45 Macomb for a second .. before F45, on a day like today I would have used every excuse I had and not gone to the gym .. I moved here from Southern California in November and I hate driving in this weather, I have an ear infection, I just didn't feel good .. the list could go on I'm sure. But even with those excuses I didn't even want to skip today .. F45 has seriously been so amazing for me! A few of the workouts today made my ear not feel the greatest but one of the trainers, Ryan, really helped me push through them and even gave me a different exercise for one of them to help me out! All of the trainers at F45 are so amazing and push you to be your best and are there to motivate you every single day!! I feel like the saying "changed my life" is so cliché but F45 really has done that for me!! F45 Macomb is hands down the best gym I've ever gone to. The staff is always so friendly and always available to answer questions. The trainers are incredible and always push you during every work out. I love the sense that you are getting personal training in a group format. The workouts are always fun and challenging and go by SO fast. It's incredible how great of a workout you can get in 45 minutes. I love that the format changes daily so you aren't always doing the same workouts. If you're looking for a new gym I totally recommend you give f45 a shot. I was really nervous my first time walking into F45 Macomb because I was never into fitness, but I wanted to give it a shot. I was quickly greeted with super friendly and knowledgable staff. The trainers helped me throughout my workout and I could tell they were invested in helping me. I noticed how everyone was so friendly with each other. The more I came, the more I loved the workouts and the people. I now consider the staff and members my friends. I can not recommend F45 Macomb enough. Being a person who never enjoyed working out or going to a gym, I LOVE this place. Super clean and safe to attend during these times of Covid. The staff are all super friendly and definitely help to keep you accountable, while making it fun at the same time. The group setting makes it so much better of an experience because people of all different height, weight, body type, mobility range, etc all are doing it together. There's all sorts of modifications for each workout so it's very inclusive. Definitely worth it and also makes you excited for your next class, I suggest it to everyone. read more

Group training with personal trainers who are there to push and guide you, but also make it fun. F45 has been my home away from home since it opened last year. 45 min workouts that are over before you know it. Formats are always different so you don't get bored. Saturday's are a blast with DJ Kenny! COVID shut down last year didn't stop the trainers from motivating me. They offered online training, both live and recorded and were there only an email way if I had questions or needed a kick in the pants . read more

F45 is a workout for EVERYONE! The coaches are all about positive encouragement which makes them motivating and inspirational! No matter your fitness level you can do this! They give you modifications for just about every exercise. I have spinal issues that make for excruciating back pain during exercise as well as knee issues and the coaches will give me alternate ways of doing things so that I still get a great workout despite my issues! And...they give everyone a free week to try it out! read more

I have been so excited to try out an F45 and when it came to my town I jumped to the opportunity! The trainers are so great and all the staff is very friendly. They always are encouraging and helpful! They provide a very safe place to get in a even better workout! You are provided with wipes to clean your station and also they have spray bottles around the room if your need them. F45 Training Macomb is a great gym! I've been a member for 7 months now, going 5-6 times a week, I've yet to have a bad experience! The workouts are challenging, but doable, the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and push you to the max of your ability and the other members are friendly and impress me daily with how hard they work! This gym is awesome! The workouts are always challenging and different. The trainers are so motivating and always pushing you to do your best during the workouts. I have been a member at many different gyms and tried a lot of different workout classes. This is by far my favorite. The trainers here are beyond comparison. I thought I was pretty in shape, but they are so great at pushing me beyond my comfort zone--and you can't plateau because there is always a way to get better! Heavier weights, faster pace, and you can keep track of it all with the Lionheart heart rate monitor and the app that emails your results right to your inbox after each class. I joined F45 Macomb about a year ago now. To say it changed my life is an understatement. I've never enjoyed working out as much as I do now. All of the trainers are great! They are friendly and encouraging during the workout. Everyone genuinely wants to be at the gym. That is so encouraging after attending many other gyms and half of the people don't even want to be at the class. This does not happen at F45 Macomb.
