I finally gave in and wanted to see what all of the hype was about. I get it! This class is amazing! Sounds weird but I love that there are no mirrors. Everyone is there to really get a good workout it. You can go at your own pace as strong o heavy as you'd like and the workouts are different every day so you don't get bored. You get plenty of cardio through HIIT training, but you also get much more functional strength training as well. Also, I love the Fit3D body scanner. It's highly motivating for me to objectively see how my body is changing as I continue to work out at F45. I am lifting much heavier weights than when I started, I've decreased my body fat percentage by several points and I've increased my muscle weight (lean mass) significantly! Quick word of warning - Because of the intensity of these workouts, your first 10 workouts will be BRUTAL and you will likely be sore for days. If you are considering working out here, I strongly encourage you to push through those first 10 workouts. Keep in mind how great of a shape you'll be in if you stick with it. After having worked out here for several months, I am pretty close to being in the best shape of my life.
