I wanted more and found myself having major FOMO when I saw the workouts I missed on their social posts! I've been an unlimited member for two months now and go Monday-Friday at 6:15am. It is truly the best start to my day! I'm stronger than I've ever been, I have more energy (which comes in super handy with a toddler at home), and I enjoy the 6:15am crew I get to workout with. This gym is supportive (both coaches and members), the classes are never boring, and I always leave excited to come back for more. There is a…read morereason why the only positive reviews for this location are from over 4 years ago - ownership has changed, and the quality of this location is not the best. The schedule is geared toward early morning classes, since they canceled evening classes which doesn't work with my schedule. Management is nonexistent and some trainers just stand around on their phone and don't ever provide training or motivation. You are paying to watch the tv and have the weights set up for you. The F45 franchise standard should be having motivating, exciting trainers to push you to your limits... but that's not the case here. There is no community either. Most members walk into class late and leave immediately once the workout is over, no group stretching or announcements are provided. I feel certain that other F45 locations not owned/managed by this group do a better job at listening to member feedback on class schedules, provide better training, and work towards sense of community. I discussed these issues with management and they cancelled my membership 3 weeks early after I paid for a full month, on top of having to pay additional fees.

It has 2 bathrooms, a shower, fans, and a drink fridge (for purchase). All the coaches are super welcoming and do their best to get to know you and your fitness level. In my opinion, F45 is the best gym to get the perfect balance of strength and cardio training. The days are divided into Monday/Wednesday - Cardio, Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday - Strength, and Friday/Saturday- Hybrid. There are rotating programs of workouts every few weeks and you will never do the same workout back to back. There are TV screens in front of the studio showing a clip of each workout and the timing. The coaches will also explain and demo the workouts at the beginning of every class. This place is truly amazing! I highly recommend checking it out whether you're starting your fitness journey or if you're looking for a new gym! There's never a "bad workout" here!

You get plenty of cardio through HIIT training, but you also get much more functional strength training as well. Also, I love the Fit3D body scanner. It's highly motivating for me to objectively see how my body is changing as I continue to work out at F45. I am lifting much heavier weights than when I started, I've decreased my body fat percentage by several points and I've increased my muscle weight (lean mass) significantly! Quick word of warning - Because of the intensity of these workouts, your first 10 workouts will be BRUTAL and you will likely be sore for days. If you are considering working out here, I strongly encourage you to push through those first 10 workouts. Keep in mind how great of a shape you'll be in if you stick with it. After having worked out here for several months, I am pretty close to being in the best shape of my life.

I really love how clean this studio is and the staff (Jerry) is very friendly and motivating. Karla, the head coach, is especially nice and knowledgeable. I finally gave in and wanted to see what all of the hype was about. I get it! This class is amazing! Sounds weird but I love that there are no mirrors. Everyone is there to really get a good workout it. You can go at your own pace as strong o heavy as you'd like and the workouts are different every day so you don't get bored. The trainers have all been great and supportive. The class is full but not over crowded and follow trainees are all really friendly. 10/10 recommend.
