Best workout ever! I have done CrossFit, Orange Theory and group fitness classes. This is by far the best of the cardio and strength worlds. I burn more calories in 45 minutes than I ever did in my hour classes. The owners, Mel and Sang are amazing and great motivators both in and outside the gym. Mel gently nudges me to come into the gym if she hasn't seen me in a few days and it always works :). The workouts are high intesity and the class really does go by fast. You will love the results and seeing yourself get stronger and while improving your cardio endurance. I truly believe this has helped with my yoga practice as well. I cannot say enough great things about Mel and Sang-they have built a supportive environment from the trainers to the awesome members while challenging you to your physical limits. F45 is the ultimate experience to a fitter and healthier life! I've been a member for almost 3 months and I was hooked on the classes from the start. I've been to many gyms, worked out w/ other trainers, but nothing compares to these 45 min workouts that the trainers easily adapt to your fitness level. No matter your age, fitness level, weight, or injuries, Sang and Melinda are expert trainers and coach you through the workouts, motivate you to give it your all, and know when you can handle more. I had been looking for the perfect gym for quite some time now. I found this place one day before they opened while I was at Starbucks. I'm glad I signed up to try it out. This was just the perfect place for me! Coaches here are highly energetic and push you so that you can build your body. They are very helpful! What I like about F45 workout is that it's only 45 minutes long! It's always a HIIT format to get maximum benefit for your precious time. Also, there is NO running...if you've tried OTF and dread treadmill portion then try out F45. The owners are super friendly, helpful and always address you by your name. Classes are good size and not huge, but it can accomodate bigger class size, especially on Saturdays when more people come out to workout with live DJ music. Very cool! There is no getting burnt out or bored while working out at F45! The workouts are intense without being intimidating. Everyday is a different program that keeps you wanting to come back for more. The trainers are awesome! They motivate through excitement and enthusiasm. The Lionheart heart rate monitor keeps accurate track of calories burned, heart rate and points which creates friendly competition among other members. This gym is amazing. The workouts kick your butt and help with your endurance, cardio, and strength training. The trainers are my favorite though and is the reason I call this my gym home. They work with you and your injuries to make sure you don't aggravate them but also they are very encouraging throughout the workout with is very helpful.
