There is a small posing room but it is basically just a closet with mirrors. The cardio options were pretty limited too. Not a bad gym but definitely not my favorite Los spot. White Bear club Pilates has helped me to get stronger, works on my core, stability, It's a body and mind out my chiropractor noticed a difference. I noticed a difference in my walking and the way I feel. The instructors are fabulous They keep an eye on you to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly, which is so important!! I would never do any of these exercises at a "gym" the reformer makes a huge difference I look forward to taking classes. I highly recommend taking an intro class, you will be glad you did.

Why don't you tell your people to not park at NURA parking space for their patients who are…read moresuffering from pain and most likely elderly and tell them to go park in other areas designated to your people who are variable of parking further away and can obviously walk to your location! I've witnessed multiple of YOUR patients who can walk there park right in front of NURA and have no issues with parking further away BUT YET you don't address this! Just because you as the owner of that area is BFF worth Dr. Peter Scultchz doesn't make it ok unless he himself don't care unless he's making money from the patients and their insurance!

The bathrooms are always well maintained, stocked with toilet paper and an automatic toilet. Nice place.
