I have been attending this location for 3 weeks straight and I have been impressed with everything so far. The facility is clean and the equipment is always in good condition, organized after every use. The coaches and staff have been helpful and motivating since my first free class. There are so many varieties of workouts on each different day, that's what keeps things exciting. The music is always great and the gym members and staff are always full of energy. They supply bottled water and there is always alot of parking at the facility. I liked how they took my initial BMI, and also have heart rate monitors to show my progress throughout class and on the F45 app. Can't say enough good things about the staff there. I came from Orangetheory Fitness. I have been with them for 2.5 years. I got tired of the treadmill and rower. I also did CrossFit for a year. I didn't want to go heavy. F45 makes working out fun and actually gets me excited to work out! I love the HiiT (circuit training) workouts that they offer. You are at each station for roughly 30-40 seconds with a 20 second break. This makes you not dread the workouts and makes you push hard during the limited time that you have at each station. They offer cardio, resistance, and hybrid days with each day filled with completely new exercises so you will never repeat the same exercise you did before. You are guided by instructions on a screen, but will always have instructors on the floor to correct your mistakes and push you through the exercises. Monica and Leonard are awesome! They address you by your name and really make you feel at home. Everyone here is super friendly, which makes the environment so positive and enjoyable. They even get together on weekends outside of the studio to engage in group activities. They are offering a free two week trial for newbies. I highly recommend this place! I just wish they had more locations throughout Las Vegas and offered more class times. 6pm is usually their last class which conflicts with my work schedule and for those that aren't morning people. Talk about a gym that really draws out the determination and motivation to meet my fitness goals. If you are looking for redundancy, this isn't the place for you. Due to the many different excersises implemented within this program, every day feels like a new experience. Most importantly, the staff here is amazing. From the trainers to the membership advisors, they are constantly/consistently bringing high energy to the experience. Tracy(advisor) was very informative about the membership plan. Instead of making me feel peer pressured in signing a membership immediately(like most gyms do), she was very personable and curious as to what my fitness goals are. The trainers are cool and keep you and the whole group motivated throughout the workout. You don't have to wait for a machine while someone reads a magazine on it like in most gyms. I absolutely LOVE F45. The trainers are informative, encouraging, and they make each class fun! The workouts are always different, I always feel like I literally just burned 500 calories each time and it is a FULL body workout. Each session is an efficient way to workout, especially for people who are busy. So my boyfriend and I are in and out the door within 45 minutes, which means I have more time to get to my day after I have gotten a great workout in at the studio. The trainers remember us have been keeping track of our progress since we first started. Keep in mind, these are professional trainers and the type of training is VERY unique, which means the price point is well worth it, but is not worth it for people who simply want to go to a boring gym for $21 bucks a month. I took the opportunity to sign up for F45 Training via Groupon special that was available at the time. I signed up on their website, chose a class time, and just showed up to some very energetic and happy trainers. I am extremely shy, but as soon as I walked in, I was fortunate enough to run into the owner on my very first day there. He introduced himself and personally provided me with a clear understanding of what F45 Training's mission was, and how they differ from your average crossfit class with their high intensity method of training. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical and saddened by the fact that everything else I have ever tried to lose weight and be stronger had failed. However, after falling in love with my very first training class, I decided to keep at it just because it was SO FUN! The people I worked out with were just as focused as I was, so it definitely helped to break to ice for me. Everyone is so nice. The music they play is always good, and on Saturdays, I have to admit that the DJ in house is my favorite part! Saturdays were always my days to look forward to. First of all, the trainers are confident, clear, and very consise about each set you train. Second, they provide assistance to you, without question, when you need the help. Third, they are extremely encouraging and supportive of your efforts. Whether you killed it on pullups, or could just do 3 with the bands, they were to there to make sure you hustled your booty off. If you only do 3, then those 3 pullups are the most intense you've ever accomplished with them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the fitness area, showers, and bathrooms are clean. That's so important! The best part about the training is the motivation. Each person in the class relys on each other to complete each set. No one ever lags behind, and if they do, they have someone along with them to keep them motivated and on track. This method of workout is guaranteed to never let anyone down. Every single person encourages each other in there. You end the class feeling so accomplished, so tired, and so bada$$!! Lastly, I have to give credit to the F45 team for helping me reach my goal toward a leaner, healthier me. I went 4 days a week, and have lost 15 pounds (and gained muscle mass - woo hoo!) from the start of my visits there, to the end of my discounted offer. It's a 45-minute class (really like 35-40 after the intro and warm ups) and it's like crossfit x orange theory for me. Strength days are Tues/Thurs and Cardio is M/W/F. The trainers are great and help you correct your form and the classes are relatively small so it's not like you are in a sea of fish! Everyone is super friendly and I leave there feeling like I got a great workout. Everyday is different which makes it fun, and also challenging. I love the variety of classes and also the convenient times. You can always do modifications if necessary, and it's just a great fast paced environment where it doesn't feel like you are working out since the time flies by! read more

I was referred to this gym by one of the awesome trainers, Monica. I have been wanting to get back on the fitness bandwagon, but due to how much traveling I do for work, I had slacked off for a few months. I jumped right back in at F45 and absolutely loved their interval training approach! It is fast paced, but doable even for someone who is currently out of shape like me. I was sore after the first class, of course, but if you keep at it for about a week you will start to see results. Another thing I love about the workouts is that you don't have time to get bored. As soon as you start hating an exercise it is time to move onto another, so you are constantly moving. I would recommend F45 to anyone! 5 out of 5... seriously, it should be 8 out of 5 stars! This place is by far the best place that I have ever worked out at. I have been a member of LVAC for over 14 years. Not once was I motivated in the gym, I do see some results - after many many many months at two and a half hours a day six times a week. Do people want to help you at a big gym - not really( at least not for a guy). F45 is the type of gym I have been looking for. Muscle confusion is what burns calories and tones muscles. I have thought about Cross Fit, and after watching what they do with weights, I do not feel like heading into the ER for spinal injuries. F45 has the best set up for circuit workouts that will melt the calories off like hot butter. After eating right (three meals of chicken and veggies with two snacks and lots of water) I was able to see results in the first four days in a row by attending F45. Muscle confusion to the max with F45 gave me definitions in my stomach area, legs are getting stronger than before, chest and arms are toning as well as my face! And the face is the hardest part to tone! In this studio, I am motivated to workout by the coaches and other team mates. All the coaches are kinetically well trained to give the maximum results for your body. Everyone workout as a group, but you are individually on your own to push past your limits and boundaries. "High fives" are thrown throughout the room even between sets! This place is extremely addicting and your body will thrive for more! If you want a workout that kicks your butt every time, F45 is the place to go! I started training at F45 to get in shape for a pageant. I went to class 5 times a week, and one of the trainers Ryan gave me a meal plan to achieve my goals. I lost 8 lbs for my pageant and lost an additional 2 lbs after. Once I finished the pageant, I wanted to gain muscle, and the trainers acknowledged my goals. They really push me in every class and encourage me to bump up the weights. I love that it is a group class because everyone encourages each other to do one more rep or keep going even if you feel like giving up. The classes are definitely challenging, and you will find yourself laughing with the other members at how much pain you'll be in the next day. I first tried this class at fabletics and they gave everyone a free 7 days to come into their location and try it out! I was extremely nervous BUT once I got there and the instructor introduced herself and walked me around showed me each and every station, she throughly explained each and every exercise to and options for modifications. I relaxed, me every started coming in everyone spoke to me, the workout started and it was over before I knew it! I still go to F45, work schedule permitting. The place is still fantastic and I really enjoy going. I know that the trainers here and the workout will push me harder than anything I could do in a gym on my own. They have added a heart rate monitor option that gives you real-time feedback on a screen you can see during your workout and also a summary of how you did at the very end. Today was the second day that I've had it and I can tell that I'm already pushing myself more than I normally do. There are lots of new trainers and I'd like to give a special shout out to Amanda. She's super friendly and great at giving feedback on your form. I'm still amazed at how much fun working out here is. Me personally I'm not a morning person so when my sister had told me about F45 and that we were going to work out at 6:30am I honestly wasn't looking forward to it. When we first arrived I was a little intimidated because the first person I saw was actually one or the trainers named Monica and she obviously has a very fit body so my thought was oh she's probably going to see us (not fit at all) and just ignores us but boy was I wrong. She honestly was very warm and welcoming very humble made us feel super comfortable which is something I've never felt in a gym before.
