My coworker convinced me to come here and try the two week free trial with her. She was excited talking about her first couple classes and I could tell she enjoyed it. So I decided to give it a shot. The first class I went to was a cardio class. They're held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.10 minutes into the class I felt nauseas and had to go to the bathroom to throw up! The instructors were so nice. They made sure I was okay, got me a water, a towel, moved the fan by me, and didn't make me feel embarrassed.10 minutes of rest they asked me if I wanted to slowly get back in and I did. But I guess my body was still in shock and was like "hey blob! What are you doing to yourself?" And I ran back to the bathroom to throw up after another 10 minutes. I sat the rest of the class out. After class, the other members there kept giving me high fives and telling me I did a good job! Lies, but it was thoughtful! The instructors told me it was normal my first class and to promise them I'll be back again. I went back to the weights class after two days of resting. I'm not sure why I was so sore when I barely worked out haha. They were so excited to see me. During the class, they make sure everyone is comfortable in what they're doing. Making sure weights aren't too heavy, but pushing people if they need heavier weights. The students and instructors are all encouraging. Always giving each other high fives and motivating one another! I enjoyed my two week trial and I wanted to be a part of the community so I became a member of F45. If you're doubtful because you're not fit or you're older or if you're a blob like me, give it a shot! There are so many different body types and ages that it will surprise you, but it does make you want to push yourself, too. I recommend this place to anyone. read more

F45 has changed my life. As a kid I had major auto immune health problems that kept me from athletic activity. This causing my muscles to keep from normal development. From this I have had bad knee issues. I haven't been able to find a gym that would not only help me rehabilitate my knee but completely change my mentality of working out. The owners are the teachers and I can honestly say I have never worked out in such a positive, encouraging and healthy environment. When you walk in they remember you by name, they are thrilled to see you there and encourage you throughout the class to push yourself. I have been going to F45 for 2 months now and have seen immense improvements in my strength, stamina, attitude and daily energy. Their classes are addicting. Once you start, you'll never want to stop. They make working out so much fun, they even have a dj mixing on Saturdays for their Hollywood sessions. The membership fee is worth it. I choose to speed my money at F45 for myself and only myself. They motivate me in a workout that I have never experienced. Who really wants to go use equipment at another boring gym alone anyway? Great positive environment to get your work out in! Love all the trainers at this location! I been working out her since before covid. They're open at this time and take measures to monitor members for covid by temperature checking. Also, they give you hand sanitizer when you walk in. I love that they have the disinfectant spray bottles at every station! During these covid times, you get your own section/box that has all the equipment you will need and you stay in that spot for the entire workout. So no sharing equipment with others. I love that these workouts are a no brainer, as in I get in, get my work out in in 45 min and bounce. You won't even know the time flew by. Definitely, at first I was intimidated my first few workouts during the trial and was nervous for which exercise it would be for the day. But you get used to it. All the members are positive as well. Join this gym! It cost more than I like but it's well worth it, especially if you have a busy schedule and can make these times work. read more

Reasonable pricing, clean facility, routines that change daily, and an amazing variety of trainers and staff that leave you feeling welcomed, accomplished and motivated to keep coming back. They offer classes EVERY day of the week, including evening classes on weekdays, which makes it super helpful to someone like me, who works until 5pm five days a week. Excellent place. No two workouts ever repeat on another day. Its total body so you achieve balance in your fitness routine. Its HIIT all the way. All stations are ready to go when you get there. Tv screens are looping the various workouts throughout the class so you can always know what to do when you move to another station. Its usually 45 sec of work and 15 sec to move to your next station. All very simple non-technical exercises, but very demanding regardless, no heavy lifting. The pros first: The deal for two weeks free is very good, and the facility is clean and the equipment is new. Equipment is organized and neat, and the person who greeted me was professional and friendly. For me, the cons were this: The workout takes place in a sequence of 10 exercises, 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off, and repeat. Some people may love this; I hated the rapid switching back and forth. There's no time to adequately work the muscle groups before you're switching to something else entirely and no time to dig into the grit of what an ideal workout (to me) represents: a challenge where you have to break through past that point of fatigue or resistance. Instead, it was like, three pushups and then you're doing something else. Doubtlessly in a corporate effort to make instructors absolutely irrelevant, they had example people on monitors demonstrating the exercises, so it really felt sterile and disconnected. I felt sorry for the instructor, because she basically had nothing to really *do* other than babysit the facility and make sure people didn't walk off with the kettlebells. Everyone was keeping track of their reps on little cards, so it was kind've like frantic accountants hastily scribbling as they moved from one exercise to another, their eyes on the screen. Think of a sweatier Stock Exchange with kettlebells, and you kind've have the picture. read more

This is the BEST gym I have been too! For starters the trainers are so welcoming and have great energy when walking in. You get the break down to the stations / workouts (which do not go repeated by the way) and start warming up for, honestly the toughest but most rewarding work out! You get just the right amount of time to give it your all and take a couple seconds to get yourself together to move on to the next workout! The trainers are there helping you with your formation, getting the equipment together if help needed, pushing you to let you know you can make it threw the last seconds, and like me who with certain workouts am unable to perform, they help you moderate the workout to where you are still working out the certain body part that is focused on. By the time the 45 minutes are over (which honestly goes by like it would have been 20 min.) all you see is people smiling, sweating, high-fiving and congratulating each other for getting it done! Let me also add that Saturdays there is a live DJ! I also want to end by shouting out Monica and Vasilis for always having a great attitude and cheering you on until the very last second!
