My only complaint was that there were quite a few flying bugs in the shower but they fell in the spray and no longer a problem. Dwight and Melinda met me here on a Thursday morning to do an 'evaluation' and I loved the vibe of the place. They have more machines than any gym, it is small enough to not be overwhelming, but big enough for many people to train at once. I went today for a work out with Melinda and will be setting up our appointments this week to get on the ball. I plan on signing up for 3 months up front to give it that commitment. Melinda listens to you, asks questions regarding over all health, and does enough to bring you out of your comfort zone, but not too much that I do not feel comfortable. I am excited to start this journey and will post an update once I have longevity here.
