Once everyone was situated, the instructor (also in a harness) walked us through each of the workouts and gave us time to figure out the right movements and how to really trust the bungee. The class went through a thorough warmup and the coach broke down the movements in a digestable, yet challenging way. I've been doing Crossfit for four years but it was so good to revisit the basics of the squat. I learned some great things that I'll take home with me and got a challenging workout.
