However, the emailed receipt listed a different arrangement--"Valentine's Designer's Choice In A Vase" and a different price. On top of that, they "assumed" I wanted a Valentine's Day balloon just because the holiday was the next day. I believe that due to the holiday, custom arrangements were not being offered, only designers' choice. This is for YOU, the owner: When I tried to address my concerns, you continuously interrupted me, forcing me to shout, "Are you going to let me finish speaking?!" And before you "try" to make this appear that "the customer was already irate", let me be clear that I was very calm at the onset of my call. Instead of taking accountability, you made several excuses and only offered a pathetic $8 refund for the balloon. When I pointed out that the flower arrangement looked off-kilter and skimpy for the price, you dismissed my concerns, saying, "It's the designer's choice." I also tipped the florist, making this even more frustrating. I want my tip back too! You need to work on your communication skills and actually making things right with customers instead of talking over them and offering weak refunds. I am not new to ordering flowers. The $100+ price I paid for your flowers did not align with my expectations. I do NOT recommend this florist.

To say they have everything is probably accurate. I found the plants that I wanted and some ground cover I didn't know I wanted till I saw it, LOL. Prices were very good. I don't have a lot of comparisons, because where I live near Ft. Meade, there aren't many nurseries nearby. This place is definitely worth the drive for me. Parking is ample, but a little tricky. I mistakenly drove around to the commercial side and had to turn around to get back to the non-commercial area. There were lots of wheeled carts of different sizes. Everything is laid out according to types of plants and their needs - very efficient. I only spoke to three employees, two at some length, and they were so friendly and helpful - big plus for me! I take my business elsewhere if I don't feel welcome. Here's a little oddity that you want to watch out for: GPS kept wanting me to turn onto a side road next to an auto dealership, on the wrong side of Highway 301. (This was coming south from Gambrills/Crofton.) I submitted a correction, but till they fix it be aware the nursery is on the east side of the highway, sort of opposite the auto dealership.

My closest friends know a box of chocolate covered strawberries is my soft spot. Since edible arrangements became a thing, I've always had at least one yearly delivery. I'm used to the franchise having their boxed refrigerator truck, I could have sworn it was just something all franchises had. This past July I get a knock on my door on a Thursday afternoon and it's a super friendly delivery guy, he says he has a delivery for me. He was so nice and spoke so descriptive of the "wonderful bouquet of flowers and your delicious edible arrangement is here." When I got the two items and took them upstairs I was sad to see the chocolate covered strawberry was melted! I'm not even sure how many there was because the fruit was so dehydrated that it looked like someone left a fruit bowl out at an outdoor picnic. They were not sight worthy. :( I was scared to eat the fruit. The flowers were cute! Love being treated, so even though Edible Arrangements missed the mark on this one, they have been great in the past. When I went back to my phone to thank the sender there was a text from the delivery man with the same message. Would likely not recommend delivery from this location. At least ask how it will be delivered because fruit cannot be put in a hot car. Womp womp! At the price point you're paying, getting an arrangement fresh should be required. Admittedly it's hard to complain when it's a gift but Edible Arrangements needs to do better.
