Found some tile we like there and didn't want to chance having issues with the box stores so we had Bob's do the job. Everyone we were in contact with was professional and pleasant. They did a good job laying the tile. Thats were the good ended. There were hand prints on walls and doors, grout piled up in the corners, holes and uneveness in the grout. Carpet was left loose in the doorway to the bedroom. Also very heavy grout residue left in the floor. Still everybody is very nice but it's like pulling teeth. Multiple calls, poor follow-up. My wife was rushed into signing for the job before she could even walk on it. Bad on us. Still no resolution on the grout. Bottom line, stay away from Bob's. Save some money and take your chances at the big box stores. And don't pay until you are 100 percent satisfied. Update: The issues with the floor have been taken care of. Danny spent a whole day here working hard. We appreciate his efforts. He is definitely an asset to the business!

What they don't realize is the guy who installs for them is ripping them off also. I had Kevin go to my brothers place because he did not like the carpet from Lowe's he had installed just a year ago. My brother got new carpet from Kevin and the installer took the old( but new) carpet over to the neighbors and only charged them to install it and paid him. He wanted to charge them for the padding my brother paid for but didn't use because his old was better but my brother reminded him it was already paid for. He ripped Volel off because the people would have bought new from them. They all are bad.
