The worst barbershop experience I ever had. Barbers here DO NOT know what they're doing. I came here because of all the five star reviews. Do not believe the hype! I needed a simple haircut and even showed the barber a picture of how I looked two weeks ago, with slightly long hair on the top. But he accidentally ended up removing most of my hair. Then he spent an hour trying to fix it, but did not know how to fade and left patches on the sides and back of my hair with the razor. He then charged me $27. I had a disappointing experience here. Walked in for the first time and asked to get a cut, they recommended mike the barber. I asked a for a fade and ask to take a a little off the top just so it lays clean. He preceded and cut all of my hair off at a number 1 as if I was in the military. Not a fade in sight. Everything that Michael B. down below said was true. I've been to this shop about 6-7 times. My first experience was good as I got a haircut by Trade. He is friendly and personable. He gave me a card, so I could make an appointment with him for next time. The second experience, I made an appointment but waited well over a hour to get cut by him. I thought of it as, "It's no big deal. I'll go to a new barber. I like this shop." I've been cut by several barbers, and then ended up getting a great haircut by Eddie, which was well done. I tipped him well, and I decided I could stick with this barber. I made an appointment yesterday for 2pm today with Eddie. He verified that we had an appointment this morning via text. I show up at my appointment on time. He just finishes cutting a customer's haircut at 2pm, so I figured I'd be up next. Not. He says this guy has been waiting long, yet there are TWO barbers free and not cutting hair. Why make an appointment with someone if you aren't going to stick to your word? If you can't do appointments then don't say you can. Overall: In my opinion, I feel they have good cuts, but very bad when it comes to business/service. First, they don't care enough about their business to keep their updated phone number on yelp or their website. Big red flag from the start. But my boyfriend needs his haircut and were from out of town. Their good reviews led us to driving here to try and walk in or get an appt. Don't come here on a Saturday night. There were 2 barbers. I called before and "Fab the barber" said he could take care of my 2 boys at 740pm. I got there@ 740, he was free! Yaaas The place looks awesome. They have some awesome super hero art on the wall and a pool table. What??? this place is siiiick. But he gets my youngest up on the chair, he's 8 and has had a haircut every month for like 5 years. This barber legit took 45 min to cut my 8 yr olds hair. And I hate it. I'm not joking 45 min.
