The place is squeaky clean and everyone we encountered was friendly. We dealt with Chris S. and he made the process fast and easy. After a quick text drive, he entered some photos into the database and then did the paperwork. They seem to think any problem can be solved by lL"waiting" until it becomes a major warranty issue. And then they will delay that. My 2017 Buick enclave check engine light was on. I took the car to Tameron Buick GMC in Daphne, AL…read more for repairs. They diagnosed the problem as "Inspected found P0302 for cylinder 2 miss fire. Inspected found that the cylinder 2 coil has a broken two clip on it. Rec. to replace coil, inspected cylinder two, removed spark plug and found that the piston head had damage to it. Rec. to replace engine assembly due to internal failure to piston head." Est cost $11933.02 plus tax. I took the car to a local garage. They replaced the spark plugs, #2 ignition coil, and reset the PCM. They told me they did a compression test, scoped the cylinder and noted some carbon, other than that, everything was fine. Car runs great. If you take your car to Tameron Buick GMC, I'd get a second opinion before having them complete any major repairs.

OK so we decided to go with this company on a car and it was sold as is, what I was not told is I…read morewas buying a car with an aftermarket engine already in it, got the car and not 2 weeks later it was bone dry, the way I figured this out is it started making a knocking noise I brought it to them to have his mechanic take a look, a upon arrival he Philip O'Reilly said "that dosent sound good, I had it purring like a kitten before you left." He then instructed me to try and drive I to his Mechanic knowing the issue and the car seized. Well long story short we gave them our car and yes he did give us a discount on a new used engine, but said engine lasted less than a month, instead of take responsibility and being treated as a concerned customer I was belittled and treated very unprofessional. This isn't the first issue I've heard about this I've had other friends in Baldwin County have similar issues I found out after the fact right before the car broke down the first time. If you decide to use them good luck and may God be on your side. I personally wouldn't recommend them to your worst enemy. Now as far as the mechanics they are being way more helpful to fix the mistakes, but clearly the owner is a hot head and takes things personally instead of fixing his mistakes.
