Awesome customer service and awesome quality of work! I was coming up on my 60k Mile tune up and decided to turn to Acura for service! I decided to give them a phone call and schedule an appointment. Over the phone I talked to the representative of what goes into a 60k tune up and he explained everything to me in great detail and also let me know they provide a A 'la carte menu as well such as I didnt need a oil change so they could omit that as well and gave me the pricing over the phone as to what I would be looking at. Came in and showed up on time for my appointment and was greeted immediately and parked my car to have the service tech take my keys. I came into the lobby and was asked if I would need a re3ntal or if they can provide service for me in any needs I needed while tuning up my car. I told them I was just going to walk to the mall and browse around and they even offered to take me there! I denied the offer and let them know I would be okay. Inside the lobby they have complimentary coffee and hot teas being offered as well as a refrigerator filled bottles of water and soda. They also have complimentary snacks and chips and a tv for you to watch with a phone charge station. While waiting I browsed the parking lot just dreaming of a new car and looking at everything they had to offer. After some hours have passed George called me in and went over all the service they have done to my car and showed me a print out of the statistics of my car and let me know everything was running well and looked good. They made a recommendation to change the windshield wipers out and I went with it since I know I haven't ever changed them since I bought them. I brought up that my rear windshield wiper doesnt release fluid and the tech went to check it out and fixed it immediately. After it was all said and done I paid the fees while reviewing the paperwork and was told it would be ready soon but there are giving my car a complimentary car wash and vacuum. In no time my car was parked in the garage ready to be driven and drove and brand new as could be. I definitely recommend Joe Bullard service team to fix any car issues you have with your Acura and I guarantee you that you wont regret it since they do an amazing job!

On our way driving from Austin TX to Orange Beach AL, our A/C in our Acura MDX gave out about 3 hours into our 11 hour drive. We stopped in Houston at an Acura Dealership, and after a 2 hour wait and 500 dollars, we were on our way. About 30 minutes after leaving, our air conditioner broke down again. Once we got to OB, my hubby took the car into Joe Bullard's and explained what happened. He said, "Please don't try to diagnose any other problems, or up-sell us, we just really need this A/C fixed before we drive back to TX in a few days." The problem was really hard to solve- of course the A/C worked fine for them the entire time, but they kept working on it just the same. They were honest with us, they changed out a few wires because they didn't know what else to do and charged us a very reasonable bill. Whatever they did worked, and we had A/C the entire way home. We were grateful for their honesty, tenacity and kindness. If we lived in Mobile, they'd be our go to, no questions asked. I highly recommend them. Our Lead Tech-Cameron, along with Customer Service associate-Nedra were so kind and patient with us. I highly recommend this dealer.

The maintenance department is AWESOME!!!! I stopped in Mobile about a month ago to get my B1 service and they did an awesome job. They serviced my car, gave me prices and options on other services, and washed my car! Tyler and Libi took great care of me. Thanks!!!

**Service Department Review**…read more Imagine moving to a new city and three weeks after the move, hubby's car decides to overheat at red lights and loses its entire mind! Well, that's what happened and of course, being new to town-- we had no clue where to turn and needed immediate help. (Preferably, without being raked across the coals!) Not one, but TWO recommendations from the hubby's office sent us (literally) running into Andrew's arms, and bracing ourselves for a decent report. Just as described, Andrew's took great care of us. Reggie helped us originally and offered great customer care. Andrew's replaced the necessary sensor and a coil of some sort (don't make me talk car parts, I'm not classically trained), graciously offered us a loaner (we couldn't accept and used my car), washed hubs' car, AND quoted us a truly reasonable price (and by reasonable, I mean I didn't get the urge to cry)-- just went above and beyond! Fast forward-- We've now returned 2 times for regular maintenance and checks since our arrival, we've recommended Andrew's to a friend, and the level of service continues to exceed expectations. My last visit to the lot had me strongly considering buying one of their gorgeous cars that I can't afford, but the hubs pulled me away before any real damage was done! Andrew is the best, truly helped us, and now we're in it for the long haul! Also, doesn't hurt that he's a South Alabama supporter. All in all, our money and our vehicles are safe at Andrew's Imports! Now, about that car...

I was heartbroken when my 2015 Toyota Camry was totaled, but I had already been thinking of buying…read morea new car anyway, so I quickly started looking at cars online. Feeling overwhelmed and somewhat lost with all of the different choices and dealers, I turned to my boss of 20 years - one of the most honest and fair people I've ever met - for advice. He IMMEDIATELY told me to go to Andrew's Imports. Not knowing anything about dealerships, I followed his advice, and started looking on their website. I instantly fell in love with a gray Lexus IS 250. I was a little dismayed at first, because I know Lexus is a high-end brand, and I didn't really want to go broke on a vehicle. But then I saw the price listed online, and was astounded that the car was in my price range. After a phone call with Andrew, I felt totally comfortable, as he was friendly (but not overly so - in that fake way that some sales people can be, and I don't say that lightly, because I'm in sales, too!), was super knowledgeable about the car, and he set me up for a test drive that Saturday. Driving the car just made me love it even more. At the dealership, Reggie was amazing! He was super sweet and funny, just felt like he and I had been friends forever, and made me feel even more comfortable. He was able to get all the paperwork and everything arranged really quickly, and always responded to my bazillion texts in a timely manner. The day I went to sign everything, I sat down with Lisa. She was amazing, too! Lisa explained all of the documents before I signed them, and answered every question I had. She was the BEST! I actually enjoyed sitting in her office talking to her. I am not even slightly kidding when I say I would be personal friends with everyone at Andrew's Imports. One thing that may be silly, but definitely gave me the warm fuzzies, was the day I was signing the papers, the office workers had found a stray kitten, and it was wandering the office playing with everyone as they tried to find a home for it. That tells you SO MUCH about what kind of people they are. So now, I'm driving a car I love, that I didn't pay out the nose for, with fond memories of everyone at Andrew's. I will definitely be back when it's time to buy another car, which will probably be soon, as I have three teenagers! I can't state enough how positive this experience was. I was tentative about dealing with car lots, because so many times, you have that sinking feeling that they are scamming you in some way, or trying to screw you over. I never once had that feeling here, and in fact, felt the total opposite way. This place really cares about its customers and their satisfaction and it definitely shows!

He obviously looked into my profile, but didn't look at all the reviews I have given. He told me I should consider giving better reviews for businesses I have interacted with. Well, Mike, I looked at the low reviews you have received, and there is clearly a trend in "had an appointment, was still there for X hours with no communication". After each one, the service manager or Mike responded with "thanks for the feedback, we'll make sure to do better in the future." Clearly, you haven't learned. And to switch the incident around to "Ian leaves bad reviews" is so passive-aggressive I'm not surprised that your employees have no notion of customer satisfaction. He said they had been having technical issues with the video of the inspection, and he didn't know why I wasn't given the evidence of the findings. Maybe it was because they were going to charge me $28 for a cabin filter replacement, even though it had clearly not been inspected - the contents of my glove box were exactly as I left them, and the catch to open the filter compartment is impossible to open. Note that at no point did I ask for a refund - I had written off the ~$150 as a "lesson learned" never to do business with this dealership again. Further Edit (2). Mike's response below claimed he was on the call. He did not announce himself. When the service manager called me, he said he was just returning my missed call/voice mail and was not aware of the reason for my call. Why would a senior manager be (stealthily) on a call if they didn't know I was calling with a complaint? Edit 1. The Service Manager called me and, after discussing the case, said that if I came back in, they would do a more thorough inspection as long as I deleted this review. When I asked if I had heard him correctly, he denied saying it and said he would send me a refund for the inspection. Original review: I had an appointment time at 11am. When I made the call I specifically asked for a detailed inspection of the used Camry I had recently bought. I was told they did a 160 point inspection for $180. I was asked if it was OK that the report was emailed to me rather than hard copy. The person making my booking said that at the mileage I had (125k), they would need to check spark plugs and other 100-125k maintenance items because they couldn't see a maintenance record (previous owner was a mechanic and did his own servicing). I arrived at 10:50 and was told it would take 90 minutes. After almost 3 hours of waiting, I texted the associate, and he came to tell me that he had waited on a senior tech and that he had only just started the inspection. When I mentioned the 11 am appointment time, he said that was just for check-in, not the inspection. If I had been told this at the time, I could have made alternate arrangements. When I finally got the hard copy report (he said he couldn't email it to me) it was only 30 items ($150), not 160, and basic things like the battery test results and the details of axle boot repair were missing. I asked if there were pictures to support the findings and he said no. While I was checking in he took a call from another customer and I clearly heard him say that he had reviewed the video of the service and was able to confirm the findings. This appears to be standard operating procedure, but I was not allowed to see it. As part of my process I uploaded the report to Chat GPT which highlighted the missing items on the report, including the lack of inspection of the spark plugs which I had been promised on the initial call. When I told Daniel I had run it through AI and had some concerns, he walked away and muttered "we don't use AI here". Maybe you should start and achieve better quality inspection results and give your people some customer service training. Needless to say I will not be returning and will let everyone know what a horrible experience I had. Over 4 hours with zero communication, no apology, and snide remarks.

Looked online for part numbers and prices. WOW filter for the truck is less than 5 bucks. I can get both the Toyota and Lexus filter here, as well as the oil priced fair. Didn't complete online purchase as I will just stop by and get them while I am on that side of town, no need for delivery. Dude behind the counter let me know that price is online only, OK so, I will just complete online purchase and be done. No not possible, on Saturday online purchase won't be completed in the system, gotta wait until Monday. Really? What kind of bullshit is this? I gotta wait 2 days for the online price discount to save a whopping 2.05? No problem, I will just go get a filter somewhere, anywhere else. FYI I spent 15 bucks at auto parts store. This online price point to drive business to the door just blew up in their face, as you can tell I will spend 3 times the money to do business elsewhere. I suppose customer service has left the building COMPLETELY. I would hate to think I lost a customer over 2 bucks because I am sure they spend more than that on advertising to get a shot at selling a truck, but what do I know? I would have given the damn filter to a customer to "earn" the opportunity to sell a vehicle, but I am in sales and make my living in commission and I didn't mention my upcoming purchase potential because that's not how I do things. I am not trying to get anything for free, just the advertised price every Toyota dealer in the state post. I am certain these clowns will see me as the problem since I keep trying to do business with them and they just don't want my money. Ya'll do realize that I buy cars for these parts right? The truck has 98k on the clock and will get traded before it rolls 100 'cause that's where I take the next depreciation hit. Oh so that's why I wanted a OEM filter, looks better to trade with that in place I expect. Side note, my dealer I purchased this from has changed hands and my contact there is now gone, so I am seeking a new dealership to call home for Toyota purposes. Guess who it won't be? Oh well I will give Palmer's a shot next weekend to trade me into a new truck.

I am filing this review because I have had ongoing mechanical issues with my 2020 Nissan Altima…read morepurchased through AutoNation Ford, and I do not feel that the dealership has made a reasonable effort to resolve the problems. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had to bring it back to the dealership approximately six times for repeated mechanical issues. One of the major problems has been the air conditioning. I brought the vehicle in for diagnosis and repair, and while the dealership had my car, the check engine light came on. By the time I picked it up the following week, the light was off. However, about a week later, the A/C stopped working again and the check engine light came back on. Shortly after that, the vehicle developed an even more serious issue where it would not go over roughly 60 mph. I returned it to the dealership, and they have now had it for about another week. During this time, I have received little to no communication or updates about the status of my vehicle. I was recently informed that my warranty has expired and that they will no longer repair the A/C. I was also told that the vehicle needs a motor/engine. What concerns me most is that I have repeatedly brought this vehicle back because of mechanical problems, yet I still do not have a reliable car despite multiple repair attempts. I was told that if I want a vehicle considered "sufficient" or comparable, I would need to pay an additional $3,000. I was also offered a Ford vehicle as an alternative, but it does not meet my needs and does not feel like a fair or appropriate resolution given the circumstances. I do not believe it is reasonable for me to continue paying more money to resolve issues with a vehicle that has had repeated mechanical failures since purchase. Desired Resolution: I am requesting that AutoNation Ford review the full history of my vehicle and the multiple repair attempts and work with me toward a fair resolution without requiring an additional $3,000. I am asking the dealership to consider one of the following: Provide a reliable and comparable replacement vehicle without requiring additional payment; Properly repair my current vehicle, including the engine/motor and A/C issues, at no additional cost; or Offer another reasonable resolution that does not leave me financially responsible for a vehicle with ongoing significant mechanical problems. I am also requesting a written explanation of the diagnosis, the repairs performed, why they are now stating the warranty is expired, and what resolution they are willing to provide. I have attempted to work directly with the dealership, but the lack of communication and the absence of a satisfactory resolution have made it necessary to file this complaint publicly. L. Taylor

Wednesday January 8th I made an appointment for Saturday Jan 11th @ 10am for my Nissan Sentra to be serviced due to a loud thumping noise. Arrived at the scheduled only to feel dismissed due the the service manager stating they can't work on my car on a Saturday. ME: HUH! My appointment was confirmed! The Service Manager appeared not wanting to take my car out to test drive it to see/hear the problem after stating he would when i initially arrived. Then the head mechanic was told by him to take it for a test drive. I provided information on what I was hearing...to me the car sounds like something is loose and is about to come apart any day now. After patiently waiting in the waiting room with my 4yr old son, I was informed of the issue. The service manager stated he needed to order a part and it would be in early next week. I asked if he could provide a loaner vehicle. Well apparently loaners are no longer provided. The thumping sound coming from the car I drive my son to and from school in is getting worse. No updates were given Mon/Tuesday so I called Wednesday and told Alex it sounds worse. I was then informed it would be there by Thursday. No updates were given so I call today...Friday January 17, 2025. Service department employee, Aaron stated it was on back order. Why wasn't I informed of this!? Then I asked to speak with a manager to get a clear understanding of how did it go from being delivered earlier in the week to being on back order. Aaron then proceeds to put me on hold. He stated the service manager is busy and he could have him call me back. This car is truly making me think any day now we are going to be stranded. Aaron stated I could leave the car there. Ok sounds great! But what am I to drive in the meantime?! I asked again for a temporary vehicle. I then asked what's the General Manager name...things seem to change. Aaron came back to the phone stating the part has been pulled. Huuuh..Now I'm really! confused. Vince Amen your employees need more training. Now I need to come in Monday for them to work on my car.
