After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the species of ants wrong (acrobat vs carpenter) which affects the bait being used, but they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

After getting the trees I explained to Juan that I wanted to deck the area where the original tree was being removed. (The other tree removal was a bonus for me.) His friend stated that he does that work. He gave me a quote to do the deck, & we quickly got to work talking about what was needed, as I want to purchase the materials. (Control freak, maybe ) So, I'm now going to have my deck done as well. To say this was a good experience is an understatement for sure. As a first time home owner, & this being my first time working with a home business company, I am one extremely happy customer. Since it was the year of my retirement, it meant a lot to me to have our 25th anniversary commemorative T-shirt with all our club members in the yearbook photo. I was calling around to local screen printing companies in California and none of them could get it done as we only had 8 days before the picture session. Karolyn was very gracious on the phone and understood our predicament. Not only did she give us a great price for a very high-quality T-shirt, she did not charge us anything extra for this expedited service. She said to me if I could get your print screen artwork to her that she thought she could possibly do it. Now, Karolyn is in Texas and she was given our order on Tuesday and I had my T-shirts arrive on Friday of the same week. We made it!! And everyone got their T-shirt, we had a wonderful yearbook photo and I have the memory for the rest of my life with my last Club members in the yearbook thanks to Carolyn Davey at To the Tee.
