l have been a Fabletics VIP Member for a couple years now. Originally signed up at the Fashion Show Mall location in Las Vegas. This program gives you 20-50% off full-priced items throughout the store as well as the Fabletics website. But this is my first visit to their International Marketplace store in Waikiki. Was on a mission to find some new clothes either for travel or working. Fabletics also has accessories such as yoga mats, bags, also women's clothing. They have a decent amount of Men's clothing and I found several shirts and shorts. Training day tops and bottoms are fantastic for the gym. It absorbs your sweat pretty nice after a good workout session. They carry a good variety of colors, that's a plus. This fabletics store is a little gem hidden away in international market place on the second floor. And it's the ONLY one on the island! Selections: They have a bunch of different athletic wear, and even have some gym bags and pouches. The main reason I come here though is for the SCRUBS!!! Honestly I love fabletics selections and for the price value it's totally worth it! I also became an VIP member so monthly I pay around $60.00 I get these different perks including VIP tokens as I like to call them lol and I can redeem them in store and or on the website for different products. Recently, my daughter-in-law, a Fabletics member, shared with me how much she loved the Khloe Kardashian neon green outfit. When she went back online to purchase a set for me, you were all sold out. Yesterday I thought I'd take a chance to see if the retail store in Waikiki had it and they did. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ashley. She immediately asked me if she could help me and she did. I am so pleased with the fit, quality and affordability of the outfit. Ashley gave me excellent customer service and was very helpful. I had to do an exchange for an item, and decided to visit their Waikiki store instead of completing my return by mail. When entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Ian and Yumi. They were both very helpful and friendly. Yumi helped me with my exchange. She inquired what kind of items I was looking for and showed me items she thought I would be interested in, including their Twist Front Pureluxe Onesie 7/8. I was so happy to see they carried this item in their store as it was completely sold out online! It took a little time to figure out how to put this on properly, but once on this onesie was like a well fitted glove. It hugged all the right places and gave support where needed while still providing a very cute open back style. Compression strength was also just right, not too tight where I would feel like a human wrapped suman (Filipino dessert). This was only available in navy blue, but I can't wait to see what other colors this onesie will be in the future! Ian was also very attentive while I was in the dressing room. He checked on me and offered to switch out any item if another size was needed. The store itself was very organized and clean. The store carried a variety of workout clothing that came in a wide variety of sizes from XXSmall to 3X. They also have a men's section as well. I do hope one day Fabletics decides to dive into upf workout and regular clothing as well. A lot of people, including myself, love being outdoors, but want good sun protection. We joined Fabletics years ago at this location in the International Marketplace. The staff was amazing back then and helped us get everything we wanted when signing up. We've been to so many other stores in California and Nevada, always the most amazing, helpful employees willing to bend over backwards for you the moment you walk in the store. Until today. We went back to the International Marketplace store on 12/4/25 and the two young girls working could not be bothered from their own conversation to greet us or ask if we needed any help the entire time we were in the store. There were other customers there, but no one was helping any of them. I have never seen anything like this at a Fabletics store before, so it was shocking. The two girls working continued to carry in amongst themselves behind the counter and not acknowledge anyone, so we left. Sad because I wanted to buy a few things for myself and for Christmas gifts. This is probably more of a public service announcement. We bought some things from this location and they mention a discount...great right?! Here's the kicker they don't mention anything about 5%~tariff charge that automatically gets added to your check. Now this wouldn't have dissuaded me from actually buying had i been informed. By them not mentioning it, it made me feel like they had done something a little immoral. It's just a bad business practice. This ruined my experience altogether. They also sell you on a monthly subscription that also includes the tariff tax on purchases(it's misleading). At the end of the day they don't disclose the 5%~ tax + 5%~GET tax(which i know because i live in the state) so you'll have to anticipate a 10%~ tax to your total purchase. read more

I had a great experience with Fabletics. I placed an order online, but found that the sizes were off. So, I decided to go to the store to exchange the items. Two lovely ladies greeted me at the store, and they were very patient and kind. I had some trouble finding my way around, and called them twice for help. Fabletics is located in Waikiki International Marketplace. Validated parking. Located on the second floor. I'm so glad they opened a store in Hawaii. Fabletics has a variety of styles and designs. You'll be able to find your needs in this store. The customer service is fantastic too. I've been here two times and the ladies were very helpful. The website has more styles, but it's nice to know what your size is and what type of pants you like. The compressions ranges from low to high. I found out that I'm not a high compression kinda gal so that saves me time on the website. Membership is free and you'll get fantastic online deals. CUSTOMER SERVICE the sales people greet you as soon as you enter, and theyre constantly making sure you're ok and ask if you have questions, want to start a fitting room, or hold things at the front so you dont have to walk around with your items. theyre also very friendly and genuine. AMBIANCE store is kept fairly neat and tidy all the time. racks arent cluttered and overflowing, so its easy to go through them and not have things fall down. dressing rooms could use some sweeping up though. there was dust and bits of debris on the floor when i went, and i was there right after they opened, so it should have been the cleanest at that time of day since there hadnt been any high traffic yet. CLOTHING i like their clothing and i think the quality is pretty up there. price range is about on par with competitors. fit is pretty true to size., definitely suggest getting the VIP membership so you can enjoy slightly lower pricing and combine deals. read more

I didn't realize that Fabletics had a brick & mortar store. Imagine my surprise when I came upon this location as my family & I were checking out the early Fukubukuro deals at the International Marketplace. Fabletics is located on the 2nd floor, mauka side of the marketplace; just a few stores down from Mitsuwa Market. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Kimi (super friendly). She informed me that everything in the store was 30% off. Well, that was added incentive for me to check out what kind of workout and lounge clothing they carried. Similar to other workout stores, they had the leg only mannequins displays showing the different bottoms. There were cropped, 7/8, and full leggings, solids and patterns. There were a variety of sports bras (light, medium, full support). There were tops, jackets, hoodies. For a small place, they had a good stock. I was about to grab a few sizes to see how I measured up, but Kimi informed me that there were different clothing items in the back for me to try. Awesome! After I found out my size, I perused some more. That is when I remembered the fukubukuro bags! I asked Kimi about what was to be expected (without specifics) in the bags and the sizing of the clothing inside each bag. I was told that each bag were marked with sizes. The $35 bag had 3 sports bras. The $50 were tops. The $75 bag had leggings. If you take into account the retail pricing of each item, you know that this is a deal! I purchased the $35 and $50 bags. I was NOT disappointed! The sports bras I received were solid in color. I got a light, medium, and full support bra. As for the tops, I got a mesh tank, a t-back tank, and a moisture wick pullover hoodie jacket! SCORE! The service and clothing are definitely a combo that makes me think I will be back! 2 read more

I've always been interested in this store. I mean who wouldn't be, it's by Kate Hudson. The store is kind of like a Lululemon store but the concept is different. Fabletics in the International Marketplace is a retail store where you can buy exercise/yoga gear. However most of their clothing is online. You see Fabletics is a subscription program. You sign up for free membership and you buy their clothes online. You don't have to buy every month. You can skip up to five months and then from there, you have to either purchase something in the store or online or get charged $49.95. The whole idea isn't too bad but that's a lot of exercise clothes! I'm lucky if I can exercise once a week. But if you're an exercise junkie than this place may be a good option for you to get your gear. The clothes are pretty affordable and can probably get a whole set (top and bottom) for less than $50, which is a lot cheaper than other yoga clothing stores. They get one extra star from me because even though I'm not a member I got an awesome deal at the retail store. They had a Fukubukuro event there which is basically like a surprise grab bag. You pay a certain amount and you just get what you get. They were so nice there. Since it was my first time, they let me try on the clothes to make sure that I bought the right size. It was so good. I ended up buying three bags. Each were filled with three things each. I got a shirt bag with three shirts for $50, and two bags with three pants for $75. What a deal! When I wake up in the morning I usually look through all the clothes I have and think I have nothing to wear but then Fabletics came along and now I have my favorite go to leggings, capris and shorts. There are different compression levels which make me look fabulous no matter the occasion. I love to wear the shorts under summer dresses and pair my leggings and capris with different tops. My sister bought me a matching bra and leggings set from fabletics that I quickly fell in love with. So it is only right to visit fabletics while we were in Waikiki to check out what they had. They are located on the second floor of the international marketplace right by the escalator. They do validate parking if you need it! When I first walked in the girls were so nice to greet me. Throughout the entire time I was in there they asked how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. They had a few great deals going on. They currently have a summer sale offering $10 bras, $20 tops, and $30 leggings. It is only on a select style, but can you really go wrong with those prices?! I ended up getting two $10 bras in two different colors. I also got a few other items. The leggings I got was on sale for 50% off! It was great! I tried on a couple pairs of seamless leggings but it didn't seem to fit my body type. I would probably suggest sizing up for that one. By the way...I love this store because it makes me feel so skinny! Seriously you could pretty much size down from your traditional sizing chart. I wear an XS here. Usually I buy medium sports bras at other stores and small leggings. I would definitely suggest coming into the store to try it on! You never know with their sizing! Plus it's always better to see it in person! I'm not 100% sure on how their VIP program works. My sister is a member and she had store credit, so lucky me! Although I still order online because of their amazing deals, the store is a great option to have. The employees are always so friendly and willing to help every time I step into the store. I never feel bothered or pestered by them. :) I would definitely suggest signing up for VIP because you get more discounts and perks. You will either need to buy a certain dollar amount on clothes each month or you also have the opportunity to skip the month. You will need to remember to skip online or you will be charged $59.95 that can be used for your next purchase. It's not a waste because you can actually use it as it shows up as a credit to your account. As a VIP, you will get extra discount in the store. It doesn't show on the tag, so you will need to ask a sales associate to help you with the prices. Also! For your birthday, you get a free gift. Though I'm not a fan of having to go to Waikiki, I will definitely make a special trip out here just for Fabletics. Parking is available in the garage (first hour is free with validation.) CLOTHES/MEMBERSHIP: Ugh, their clothes are disgustingly cute and comfortable. I want to buy EVERYTHING when I go shopping there. Sad to say that Fabletics has seriously started to take over my closet! Any chance I get, I'm wearing Fabletics because it's just so comfy! But my favorite are their leggings. They are so comfortable and there's so many options to choose from! Just try them all! The prices are VERY reasonable too. At first you'll look at the price tag and be like...no way, Traci. But the prices listed are for non-members! Members get additional discounts! And if you wait for sales (which we do because I love sales) it's even cheaper! Just trust me on this one. They also sell men's clothes! Although their selection is smaller than the women's, they have a decent amount to choose from. And I've been told they're just as comfortable and breathable! I will say though, my husband is salty because the women's section is way bigger than the men's. And a lot of the sales are on women's items, instead of men's. And if there's something you want but it's not in store, they can place an order for you for free and have it shipped to your home! How great is that?! Their "membership" is deceiving. BUT WAIT. You COULD potentially pay a monthly fee, but you can also skip the month however many times you want! So essentially you could get amazing clothes for amazing prices and not have to pay $49.95 every month if you don't want to! Yes, you have to do a little more work on your end, but if you don't want to pay a monthly fee, you don't have to!! I've always had good experiences here at fabletics but today was awful. I came into the store to return an item that I had purchased 12 days ago, with my receipt as well within the 30 day return policy. Christine who was at the cash register said she knows that I shop here often and would "try" to help me with my return. She said it may go towards store credit instead of a return onto my credit card. Puzzled I asked her what she meant and she said that my account was flagged because I have multiple accounts associated to my name and so she can only give me store credit. I told her that I've been shopping here for ages and this is the first time anyone has ever said anything to me about this. Her attitude was accusatory because I felt that she had targeted me as soon as I walked into the store and her reluctance to help process my return was expressed even before she looked up my account. Her attitude was as if it was dishonest to have more than 2 accounts when the simple fact of life is that, many of us have more than 1 email account, some of us have 2 addresses and some of us who are/ was married have 2 last names! She didn't even asked for an explanation or try to find out why, her attitude was aggressive, unkind and demeaning off the bat. Because she made me feel criminal, I explained that I have 2 accounts because 1 of my email account was hacked into and therefore deactivated. In the end after much typing on the computer ( who knows what) she was able to process my refund but I was standing there for 15mins while a small line started to form behind me. I didn't feel like her accusatory attitude was appropriate when I was there to do a simple return, well within my rights, with receipt and within 30 days. I will go from having 2 accounts and shopping here every month to NO account and never shopping here again. I'll take my money elsewhere to the plethora of other gym outfit brands out there! I will be cancelling BOTH my fabletics accounts and I will NEVER shop at this location ever again. If a store manager is reading this - perhaps it's time for a customer service retraining for Christine because there is a dearth of it and that's bad for business in a time when the economy is already in shambles. read more

So many great choices, so many great styles. This is my first time purchasing the Fabletics brand. I always curious but thought I had to have membership, but you don't. So I stayed and shopped. And I hate shopping! I could never find what fit me well in the right places. I purchased the Mila Pocket Capri in Everglade and a cute Hawaii muscle tank. Love the fit and feel. love that it has pockets on the sides. Can't wait to wear them to run in! The best part and why this place was the SERVICE. So thanks to my coworker who told me about this store, I now own more workout clothes and added another clothing store to my shopping places. This store is on the second floor in the International Marketplace and sells Kate Hudson's line of women's workout attire and gear. The clothing is comfy and they have some really unique style tops. The prices are not as expensive as Lululemon but isn't cheap either. I ended up buying a pair of leggings and a black tank top. The leggings were $65 and my tank top was $35. The clothing runs pretty true to size and I like the fabrics they use. The leggings are made of a thicker material so I use them more for lounging than working out. What makes them unique is their VIP membership. I didn't quite understand the salesperson's pitch so I read about it online. Yes, I'm a "Fabletics VIP member," and can order online but there's it costs $9 to ship Hawai'i whereas shipping is free to the mainland, I can return to the store and escape the $5.95 restocking fee, and best of all I can feel and try on the clothes before buying it. Shhhh, don't tell my Baby Daddy but I've been here twice since they opened last week. The first time I was enticed by the free champagne, free capris, free pupus and deep discounts on their Members Only night. I scored 3 outfits for less than $130. I can barely buy a Lululemon bra for that price! Lol I went back today for their Labor Day Sale-25% off all items PLUS a free gift if you spend more $69 or more-per their Facebook page. But when I got there I didn't see a single sale sign. I checked the Facebook page and saw it again so merrily shopped away thinking it was only for VIP Members. Sadly at checkout the manager told me that was for online purchases only. Whaaaat! And of course my damn cell battery died so I couldn't show them the ad to argue. I loved my choices so I begrudgingly paid. I called the 800 number when I got home and was told the sale applies to all stores and I should've received the discount and gift. I'm waiting for management team to reply on how they will resolve the matter. My all-time fave store to shop at everrrrrr. I like this place even better than Whole Foods- it's that good. Lol. The girls are the sweetest. Legitimately the best, most genuine, honest, and fun people. They become my "shopping buddys" while the bf falls asleep in the chair in the back of the store, repeating "that's nice just get it" to everything as he stares at his phone. Girls---- ya'll feel me. I was actually going to buy 4 tanks- 2 of which were the same style- different color. Lol. But I was actually talked OUT of it. And I'm so glad they did! I feel like the honest feedback keeps me coming back. Out of everything I've purchased through the store, I like ALL of them. And it's thanks to these girls. The only downfall to this company is their online store. I made a purchase of about 8 items, got a confirmation email, and then a few days later got another email saying that majority of items were out of stock. I understand it was during the holidays, and there are some kinks that had to be worked out, so really not a big deal at all. Thank you, girls (I can't even refer to them as "sales associates" hehe). There was a time when we (Oahu residences) could only shop Fabletics online. Thank you International Market Place for opening a Fabletics store! Although it's easy and convenient to shop online, the experience of actually trying on their clothes and getting help from their employees makes it so much better. Every time I step in, the employees are always ready and willing to help. The style and quality offered at Fabletics is comparable to your high-end athletic wear like Lululemon, Nike, etc but much more affordable. Another plus is if you sign up for their VIP membership program, you get an additional discount off the price tag. The only thing you have to be careful about the membership program is that every month, they give you the first five days to either purchase one of many outfits they've selected for you (based on your preferences) or you can "skip" the month. If you forget to "skip" the month, then you will be charged the monthly $50 which can be applied as a credit towards future purchases. Me being the forgetful person that I am... I forgot to skip two months in a row! This lead me to stop by the store the other day to see if there was anything cute I could apply my credits towards. Momi helped me out that day and let me know that most of the tops and leggings can be purchased as a set which would save me more money than buying them individually. On top of the savings, I also got a free gym bag since I spent over $75! Thank you Momi! If you are like me and refuse to spend $100 on an outfit you plan on on getting sweaty in then look no longer, online or in store! I always saw Fabletics Ads on my Instagram so when I came to Oahu for vacation, I decided to come in. Try some clothes and ask about their VIP membership. ERICA WAS A HUGE HELP (If you're reading this; thank you so much)!!! Answered all my questions, was really fun to talk to and made my shopping experience enjoyable. The clothes were great and Erica helped explain how Fabletic's VIP membership works. I'm really excited to head back home and workout in all my new gear. Also wanted to shout out ANGELA for being a great employee too when Erica was busy. I ended up putting the clothes I liked on hold for the next day to pick up. 2nd day comes and again my experience at the store was great thanks to ASHLEY! She helped sign me up for the VIP membership and got the clothes I had on hold to me with ease. Even bought a couple more clothes and Ashley was really friendly the entire time. Excellent customer service. Whenever we come here, we are warmly greeted by every single employee and especially by the managers. They are all so helpful and friendly. This line of (mostly) athletic wear allows you to join their VIP membership program. This will give you a discount (from the item's ticketed price). Ordering online sometimes allows you to choose from more sale items, but you get charged shipping to Hawaii (boo). So I just opt to shop in-person instead. Every month you just log on and opt to "skip" the month. If you forget, your account is just charged the monthly amount of $49.95 I believe, and you can use this towards a future purchase. In comparison to other popular athletic wear lines (say, Lululemon), I personally think that Fabletics quality is almost just as good. But, for nearly half the price, you can't go wrong! I can get a pair of high quality yoga capris here for just around $40 (member pricing) when Lulu will run me about $75-80 for leggings. They also have cute dresses depending on the season, tonight I just scored a super cute tee-shirt style one in the most gorgeous teal color. Tag price was about $54 but member price dropped it down to $39! Really glad I stumbled across this brand and decided to try it out. I've since purchased many items from here as gifts for family and friends. This store always makes for a good shopping experience. read more

I've seen Fabletics on TV and on social media. My boyfriend and I were strolling around the International Market Place one night and when I saw the Fabletics store I was so excited. The Fabletics store was only online, so I just had to check it out! Fabletics is co-founder Kate Hudson's line of activewear and gear. The clothing is stylish and comfy. Not only can you use them for working out, but also for in other settings such as lounging, doing errands, travel and work. Prices are affordable; about the same as Victoria's Secret or if not cheaper. The ladies working there are so wonderful! They are friendly, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. They consistently check on you, but they are not pushy and really want you to get the best deals. They also remember their regulars, which is so sweet! I've been here twice now; the first visit I got a top from the sales rack. The second visit I couldn't resist on looking at the other items regular priced and got a few few outfits that I can mix and match. Also, I'm going on a trip and wanted something both stylish and comfy that I can use to the airport and debated on two jogger pants; I debated on getting one but I loved them both so I ended up getting them, as well as the VIP membership after another customer recommended it. It saved me a lot of money. So worth it. I rarely go to Waikiki, but when I do, Fabletics is always my go-to store! Some tips and notes: - sales rack are in the back by the dressing room - new styles are every month - sign-up for the VIP Membership to get some really good deals and reward points to redeem for merchandise! - if you get or inquire about the VIP Membership, the ladies will go over it with you right there. I've come here 4 times and joined their membership the first time and bought a bunch of leggings and tops for my 14 year old teen and I. We've found out that we like the tops and it's a great deal when they are on sale. I like high waisted leggings from Alo, Zella, and Victoria's Secret, so does my my daughter. The leggings at Fabletics don't fit well for us. They don't stay up during my Pure Barre workout and fit a little weird. Customer service at the store is great! Prices are worth it when on sale. Daughter got a lavender hoodie that she loves and gets compliments on and it was $21 on sale. Definitely worth checking out. WOW! I've seen the commercials, saw the ads, and have heard great things about Fabletics and am so happy with my purchase. I have been eyeing out the site but the VIP membership was scary to sign up for because I didn't want to get myself into something I have to calling the company about.. Fabletics is located by saks & fifth on the 2nd floor of International Market Place. You won't miss it! It's the store with a whole bunch of workout clothes. Upon entering I was greeted by very kind sales associates. I told them I heard about the VIP membership but was confused with how it was stated online. The sales associate explained it to me clearly. She answered all of the questions I had about the VIP membership. After learning about the VIP membership, I was persuaded to join. At the time I was shopping, the new VIP member members get 2 leggings for $24! I have thunder thighs and I use my yoga pants for the gym. At the gym I squat and do high interval training so I need them to be squat proof. I think all yoga pants have their flaws and they are almost ALL sheer eventually. The fabletics yoga pants passed my squat test! I got black yoga pants and I was wearing white panties.. so it was showing a bit but I'm the type who would wear black underwear if I knew it was legs day. I tried on as least 20 pairs of pants.. But the sales associate was SO patient and kept making recommendations and grabbing more pants for me to try on. In the end I got 2 pants for a steal and have been very happy with it. They are comfortable and I feel so stylish in them. The sales associate also told me that to avoid the shipping fee to hawaii, I can add items to my cart and go into the store and they'll waive the shipping. Just a tip for others! This will be my go-to for my yoga pants. They're affordable and great quality. read more
