I've been a Victoria's Secret customer for decades, and this was the first genuinely bad experience I've ever had at any location. I visited on 4/26/26 around noon and stood at the Victoria's Secret side of the registers (separate from the Pink side). Two employees were at the counter with no customers in line. They clearly saw me waiting, but neither acknowledged me -- no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. I stood there for about five minutes without a single word. I finally gave up and walked over to the Pink side. When I explained what happened, the cashier just said "sorry about that" in a flat, scripted tone that made it obvious she wasn't actually concerned. I finished my transaction and left feeling pretty disappointed. The whole interaction didn't sit right with me, and honestly, it explained why the store was nearly empty on a Sunday afternoon. I completed the survey on my receipt and rated the visit a "1," the lowest score -- and unfortunately, this experience earned it. read more

I told her what I was looking for in what size and colors! She listened and was very patient as I tried so many on! She knew that I was older and just looking for the basic strap, didn't need or want the wide ones lined with "Victoria Secrets" on the bottom or on the straps! I came here after having a bad experience at the Waikiki location, they were just amazing. The girls were so sweet and helped and my daughter get what we needed. I would recommend this location over the Waikiki one any day. It's no secret that I love it here... Not sure why it took awhile but this massive location in Ala Moana Center is my favorite and has been through my thick and thin phases it always has my back literally. There will never be enough support for our girls and I have yet to find one that I will truly love though here has been a place to get many items and yes majority are only during sales. Prices here are a bit over the top but I do love a lot of the syles and fit...not a fan of the "Pink" plaster everywhere so I tend to not wear them outside unless it's very demur which is hard to find but it's very comfortable. Service honestly I don't really rely or use their services as I'm more comfortable finding it on my own besides them bringing in so many that I'm not interested in and get over loaded with items, if I don't find it I'm okay lol! I've been a regular before they arrived here in Hawaii even got a card on the Mainland though they have changed in the good and bad in different ways, the free items with purchase, the coupons for freebies and various ways they get creative to give us the bargain we do crave, I'm just glad they are here for many options that I do enjoy. I know that Victoria's Secret has fallen off quite a bit. Ten years ago they were all the rage with their VS Angels line and glammed up runway show. My name is Angel, so I would buy all their clothes with my name on it. I love free personalization. I even got their credit card with Angel plastered on the front of the card. That was then. I don't even buy 1/10 of what I used to get from them. You can still find great deals from time to time. Right now, they're running a promo. It's buy 2 get 1 free any bra and a $20 gift card for use on 9/7-9/20. It was hard finding help today. I couldn't find one of the bras I wanted in my size. I needed an associate to look it up on their system to see if they had any in stock. I only found one person working the floor and she was greeting people at the front of the store coming in. She told me that the cashier could check for me. When I got to the cashier there was one person working checkout. Luckily, no one was in line so I didn't have to wait. The one that I wanted wasn't in stock. She ended up ordering it for me and they're shipping it to my residence. VS runs a great system. They make it so easy to get items that are not in stock. The employees steal gift card information from customers at this location. I returned an item bought online and received a gift card. When I went to use the gift card a few days later, Corporate VS advised me the gift card was used at the store a few hours later - the employees/managers steal customer $ and information - beware! Also, there's never any inventory so you can never buy anything immediately. No size, no colors, no this no that. You can't even get the buy one get one or panty deals because they never have enough inventory. If you ask the staff, they make you wait 15 minutes or tell you they are short staffed so nobody can check. Why are you even open? Lastly, my experience with Rachel and Amanda who are the customer experience managers - who believe they are god - was unprecedented. Old age women just so miserable and power hungry. They speak down to employees and try to rush customers out the door, to say the least. read more

Terrible place. If someone cusses you out for no reason in front of your kid they will not kick them out because they don't want to lose a sale. I got cussed out because I asked a women if she was an employee and she said "don't fucking talk to me bitch" the staff doesn't care how me or my child was disrespected. Horrible experience! I was trying on a bra and when I found the one that fit I went out with my child and Was looking for a sales lady. I saw a women that look like she might work here and I asked "excuse me do you work here" she said "don't fucking talk to me bitch" right infront of my 7 year old. natually I yelled back and they threw me out. I wonder if it's because I'm the only one a different color that they would let her yell swear words to my kid and me but not kick her out. Hawaii is known for racism and the racial divide in this country is getting worse and worse. I go to PINK which is on the other side of the store looking around when I wanted to try on these shorts as I was in the dressing room i decided to take my top off and change for another one, I am assuming they saw me put the top I changed in my bag thinking I was stealing that was not the case. The employee then decided to tell app the workers in the store about it like it wasn't obvious, I was very upset when I got up to the counter which made me talk rudely to the worker but if I was worth to steal or even if they thought it why didn't they insted stop and ask but no they decided to make it a big deal and be suspicious about us! It's been a while since I came here last time. After I moved to Hawaii, I shopped my lingeries at VS but these days their collections are not so much attractive compare to before, so I didn't visit the stores like before. Well, I got a coupon and decided to check here. (Last minutes till expiration date). Actually, I picked some leggings and wanted to try them on to check which size is good for me. I asked staff and she led me the furring room. (Have to ask the staff because fitting rooms are all rocked) I got in the fitting room and saw the screen, OMG! They automatically scanned the tags what I have and showed on the screen!!! Wow! I'm very impressed!!! It showed different colors, sizes, stock available or not and also suggested similar items. Or if you'd like try something(ex;different size) you can touch and ask for the assistant to bring. WOW! Technology!!! I touched to ask trying different size. During waiting, the staff asked me "everything is ok?!" I answered "yes" but just in case, I opened the door and told her I just touched screen and waiting the different size coming. She told me let her check, and then told me their WiFi is no good and my request wasn't accepted. So she went to pick up for me. Technology is still needed human power. Lol. Well, I found something and used my coupon, then I got a god deal here. I should come back here more often. read more

We walked in this morning a couple of minutes after the store opened. A female associate was near the entrance, and we browsed through merchandise in the area where she was standing. While shopping she never acknowledged my wife or offered any assistance. We were there for approximately 20 minutes when the associate finally decided to approach us. All she did was ask if we needed a bag to put some of the selected items in. After declining she walked away. Two other employees passed us while we shopped, and no one said a word (sheesh). The cashier who rang us up was very good! She's the only one in that store who takes pride in her job! Although the store is clean and stocked with lots of merchandise, we probably won't be back. I recently visited the Ala Moana store during the semi-annual sale and had a wonderful experience. They have a much larger selection than my home store, and I love that their sale items were arranged by size and color, made for an easy shopping experience! I love the interactive tablets in the dressing rooms that allow you to call an associate for assistance or request your item in a different size, very convenient. I'd also like to give a shout out to my sales associate Rachel! I initially declined a bra fitting because I thought I knew my bra size. I selected a few bras in the size I've been wearing for years, and they just didn't feel or look quite right. I used the call button to ask for assistance and I asked Rachel if the fit looked right...it did not. She asked me what size I had picked for myself, so I told her the size and described the issues with my current bra (the back rides up, always needs re-adjusting). Based on the information I gave her, she picked a sample bra for me to try on...and it fit perfectly. She didn't even have to use the measuring tape! She brought me a few other bras to try on in the style that I like and I found one that fit perfectly and felt comfortable! I've waited a couple days to write this review so I could test drive this bra, and it's amazing! I haven't had to re-adjust it once! Thank you so much to Rachel, I was definitely underselling myself in the cup size. The bra that I got was absolutely worth the price for the fit and the comfort, and I'm glad that I have a new comfy workhorse bra to wear everyday. Location: Find them on the second floor of Ala Moana. They have two entrances but sometimes the door facing the parking structure isn't open. If that's the case, I usually walk through Longs to get to the other side of the mall and then enter through VS's main entrance that way. Service: It's ok. Every time you walk in, the person working the door will greet you and try to find out the purpose of your visit. They will always ask you if you want to be fitted for a bra. I know they're just doing their job but my answer has always been and will always be "no." I don't need a fitting. Note: they also have male workers, which is fine. But I don't appreciate male employees talking to me about something as personal as my boobs. Products: They have a variety of products. But I've noticed that their selection has changed over the years. They used to sell a greater variety of bags at both VS and pink. But that's not the case anymore. Oh well. One associate in particular noticed me upon arrival but never welcomed me in or offered assistance (and I was obviously looking for something). Rarely ever make a trip out to this location unless absolutely necessary and this was one of those times lol. I ran out of my favorite perfume and needed it ASAP, obviously, and the kapolei location didn't have in stock, so I took a trip to ala Moana and so glad they had. The employees were quick to greet and help me right away and I walked out super pleased and of course I had to pick up a night outfit to surprise my hubby. Very much pleased with customer service and my little shopping spree lol, but I did try to call before hand to see if they had this specific perfume and no answer at all. I've been here many times, usually my experience is okay. Just this one time when I decided to do a return which I hardly do and open up a cc with the store, I received a terrible experience. Terrible experience to returning items to opening up my very own VS credit card. I spent at least 45 minutes with the manager in registering for the VS credit card. If I knew it took this long, I would've just applied online on my own time at home. ***In the end I found out that my information was wrong. My email and address was entered incorrectly so I now have to wait till my VS credit card comes in the mail in order to make any changes. read more

Went to buy a gift for family and although it was nice to be welcomed on both Pink store and regular VS store, I was uncomfortable after couple ladies specifically kept telling me to shop in particular area, because that's what I initially wanted. I had to tell both ladies 2 separate times each, that I'm aware of the different styles & textures, I just want to look around as well. I had 1 small black bag (which is mine) and their VS shopper bag that they gave me. They also kept insisting I was shopping too big of a size. I'm flattered that they thought I was smaller but I was shopping for someone else and I'm much bigger than the size I was buying. I also mentioned I was Gift shopping multiple times. Honestly I would've bought more if the VS employees hadn't kept stopping me so often. Like chill...and let people shop. Also not happy about how the cashier I was buying from, didn't even try to get me to join the rewards program so I can earn points. After waiting 10-15mins in line with several other customers- because 1 other customer took their sweet time, I would think they would open more than just 2 registers. There was like 5+ VS employees on the sales floor that they could've spared a 3rd cashier to get the line down. read more

I never had good experience with customer service at the Pearlridge Pink location until I met one of the Pink workers named Samantha. She had excellent customer service and was very attentive towards my shopping needs. In the mail, I received some coupons to use during the February and March. I asked her if I would have to purchase only $30 worth of Pink to receive the 2 free panties. She told me that would be a impossible to get exactly $30 so the answer is no. It can be over $30. Thank goodness to that. She recommended me the softest tees and long sleeve shirts the store is offering currently. I had some difficulty deciding what to purchase because the store had such a wide selections of products. In the end, I ended up buying two of the softest tees, short sleeve black criss cross tee and pink v neck with a saying current mood on the left side. Finding the panties that I wanted took less time deciding. If you, Samantha are on Yelp and see this, I want to thank you for your friendly and helpful service. I only took one picture of the outside as I was told there was no picture-taking inside, which is too bad, because if Victoria's Secret let their customers take pictures, it would only make you want to admire their place even more: black sparkly floors with glitter embedded into them; a stack of luscious lip glosses in every flavor imaginable....but I am jumping ahead. I enter the store a girl wants to know if I've been here before. I say "no". She asks me if I know my bra size after I mention the fact that I hear they have a bra fitting service...super!! she says...let me measure you. She ask me, do you know what size you are? I say yes, and I tell her. She says..."great!! that's what you are!!" She also tells me she'll write down my bra size on a business card, after I already told her what it was. Hmm my short term memory must be failing me. I get shuffled to another bra specialist who pulls a bunch of bras off the rack - most of the bras are in the $40 to $50 price range. I go to try them on in a cute little dressing room with hooks that say "Yes" "No" and "Maybe". I hang most on the "No" hook while I listen in on intimate banter between the salesgirls in the dressing room regarding their second jobs, their sucky roommates, their college courses...which was not bad, but I dread to think what other customers would think if they were going to talk about more intimate...ahem...topics. End result: $41.00 bra after waiting in line for a few minutes. I felt like being in line was a privilege and the cashiers were doing me a favor. I bought panties instead and went to Macy's to pick up several Bali Bras no problems $33/each. Get with it Vic. Suggestion: put small & extra small panties in one large bin, then all medium in another bin, with large in a third bin. I've been a long time shopper here and they just don't have their shit together here anymore- correction I had a very distasteful customer shopping experience. I went in for an exchange of an item I have bought a week earlier online, as I bought multiple items in diff colors and sizes bc I didn't know my size. I was told by the person entering the store as well as one of the floor associates that an item I bought online I could exchange for another color/size, as long as it was the same item. I went ahead and did this no problem on the Victoria secret side. However I found something else in the store in a color I had not seen and I tried with another cashier on the pink side. I don't blame the person who was in training, she did the right thing and called the manager over- her name was Lani. Lani talked and talked and kept talking over me after I had told her I had just did this less than 15min earlier on the VS side. She talked to me so condescendingly and acted like I was the dumbest person in the world. She kept staring at me and giving me this long wide eyed blink (like she's was fed up with my sh**) and finally just let me do the exchange in color. She reminded me even after she did the transaction that it was impossible for me to have just done this bc to her knowledge the online and instore options are separate... even though another Associate just did the same exact thing for me and exchanged the color. I'm so infuriated with her and her quality of customer service. Lani- a name I usually associate with a nice kind person- I now associate with a condescending manager who hates her job- correction- hates customers. I was hired years ago.(I declined the sales position as at the time I was looking for stocking and they wanted me to be a sales man Month's ago I was interviewed again this time by a pretty woman. Trying to get the fucking sexy elephant out of the interview I said "you're very pretty, if hired I'll be sure to not get on your bad side". I was trying to make a joke a lighten the mood of a interview. Im not dumb enough to hit on the person wo may be my boss, i would have said the same thing if a very masculan man interviwed me. Then I just recently figured I'd apply again for a part time position to get discount for my gf. I stated this on the phone interview and she said come to the Wednesday group interview. Then she text me ten minutes later. (I was offended she didn't even call bacm) in the text she says "Hi Rex, at this time we will not be moving on with your application or interview. Thank you for your interest in Victoria's Secret. Lani". If you weren't interested why did you act so interested? They didn't hire me or even give me a chance based on prejudice. Alright, I actually worked at this specific VS location when it first opened in 2009. I ended up as a bra specialist and left at the end of 2012. I've seen this store go up and down. Unfortunately, with the sky high turnover rate (both associates and management), the service of this store has gone way down. Whenever I shop there, NO ONE greets me (when I was employed there, we were REQUIRED to greet EVERYONE even if it was by just saying "hello.")... also, one time I had NO IDEA about a promotion GWP (gift with purchase) UNTIL I got to the register... like, umm that would be helpful for customers to know if they want to drive sales!!! Not only the service has gone downhill, but the style of products, particularly in VS PINK... the designs used to be so cute, but now most of it is just plain or way too tacky. Don't get me wrong, I still like to shop at VS for their products... I like VS, not PINK. I like the provocative styles. The end of the semi-annual sale is the best time to go because the prices drop additionally. read more

I frequent many locations and as an Angel Card holder and former employee, I'd definitely return to this shop. It's more well lit than most locations and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There were many sales throughout the store and at least 3 salesgirls told me about the promotions. The store is a nice size with only two rooms so you're not walking around the store all day like most locations. It was a breath of fresh air for a tourist. Can't wait until I return as I was told about their grand opening of their precious location. Kudos to management staff for training some lovely ladies who give excellent customer service. read more

Victoria Secret consistently puts out an exceptional product at a very affordable price point. I want to take a moment to specifically review their new bombshell push-up bra. I highly recommend this bra for anyone wanting fuller cleavage and a smoother, symmetrical look. I purchased this bra on sale for $40. I specifically needed a bra that would not be seen with a plunging neckline evening gown. I am now wearing this bra on most days with plans to purchase a few more because of how confident and beautiful I feel while wearing it. As a young breast cancer survivor, the "tits of doom" have been a source of grief my entire life. I have had 5 bilateral lumpectomies, 15 plus bilateral biopsies, radiation and never ending testing. Surprisingly, I am still a C cup but am no longer symmetrical, the bra is very padded and creates a perfect symmetrical look in clothing. Being that it was a nice reminder that I do actually need new sports bras, I was excited to go to the store on my 30 min lunch break. Talk about time crunch, but I had a game plan in mind, no sweat! I was greeted by an employee whom I am assuming is a manager as she was giving another employee a cringe worthy touch base in the front of the store about how she needed to be shadowed because she couldn't be heard. It was loud, I wasn't eavesdropping. The sales woman then greeted me, noticed that I was looking through sizes on their round tables and pointed out that the wall at the back had more options and sizes. I was thankful for that and hurried to the wall to find 3 that I liked and wanted to find 2 more for a friend. I literally had 3 bras in my hand when the same woman approached me and began telling me about the bras, told me about a promo for a coupon, she also began to investigate about my size. She asked what sizes I had and said they were medium and she began to explain to me that the styles I'm holding may not fit me if I don't try them on. I am pretty confident about my size so that made me start to feel insecure. Instead of offering to measure me, she sizes me with her eyes and said "based on the width of your shoulders, you look bigger and may be a large". I was wearing a loose 3 tiered dress today. I am 5'0", athletic built, wShe then discouraged me to buy the bras and repeatedly mentioned the phrase "to avoid returns, I recommend you try it on." I told her I was short on time, buying bras for someone else too and I don't really need to try on sports bras. Then she said it again "but you might end up returning them". Now I'm getting mad. I also told her that I would end up giving it away as a gift if it didn't fit. By then, everything I was holding was back on the drawers and wall. I also asked her "so you think I'm a large and I shouldn't buy these?" Then she said AGAIN, "I'm not saying you are a large because I don't know your measurements (can we also mention that measuring tape around her neck), but you should try it on so you don't end up returning them". Why keep mentioning returns?? How bad is your conversion that you need to express it to a customer? Body shamed, spoken to condescendingly with passive aggressiveness, and literally talked out of buying things. I walked out and had 17 min to spare on my break. I used to be a regular at this store. Today, I went to the store to return some lingeries and I needed to order a tank-top on-line. Nicole helped me with the on-line order first and had to ask her manager about the returns cuz' the system wouldn't let her do it. I had several different on-line receipts, and she had to do everything manually. I felt so bad and apologized to her several times, but she didn't lose her smile and made me feel comfortable. I think she is beautiful inside and out. I have seen some really kind employees at the store before and think she is one of the few best ones. read more

I like the quality of most of their intimate apparel and they have a large selection. Its usually easy to browse through the panty bars except when there's a party party sale. It gets messed up pretty quickly during that time due to so many customers trying to find their favorite panty in their size. The bras fit nicely and they have bras for every occasion. They also carry lotions, perfumes and some cosmetics. The customer service on the sales floor is good. They should really have more cash registers open during the semi annual sales and when they have panty parties. The lines get long and it's not a pleasant experience for the customers OR the cashiers that are doing their best to keep up with the volume of people! read more

Maria the cashier was very rude. Waited in line to purchase an item. When we were next she referred us to the next cashier. To be professional and considerate of everyone's time, she should inform us ahead of time. Displeased with this service as we had to wait in the back of the next cashier line. Management please teach and reevaluate your employees customer service. read more
