Unfortunately, that was not the case. This is the worst hemming job I have ever seen. One pair of my orange pants was hemmed using bright pink thread, which is clearly visible along the hem. The stitching wasn't even secured properly--it started coming loose while I was standing in the store speaking with the staff. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told I would have to wait to speak with the manager, John, because he wasn't in the store that day. After paying $57 to have three pairs of pants hemmed, I now have to pay to have all three pairs redone correctly. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the alterations and the lack of an immediate resolution. Based on my experience I would not use them for alterations.

With the state of it I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother to clean the dress. I reached out to customer service to see if we could remedy the situation but they refused to do anything else. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This company is horribly unprofessional and is undoubtedly scamming people. Their customer service responds once to a complaint and then completely ignores you from there.

This is unacceptable and should not take this long for anyone to respond to an issue that you all created. Chris called me today after this post to insult my intelligence. He acted clueless and told me the dress looks fine to him. Well, I have pictures. He told me I was not getting anything from him and that he deals with this type of stuff all the time and that there is a disclaimer posted in their store and on their receipts. My dress was white/ivory and it is gray! They do not appear to be registered with the Secretary of State and are not accredited by the BBB. He hung up on me three times and told me to talk to his attorney. I, absolutely, have no problem with doing that at all. He is unprofessional and cannot articulate a clear thought or sentence and should not be handling customer complaints.

I was over here last night to dry some clothes when our dryer broke around ten o'clock. Thank…read moregoodness that Laundry & Tan Connection is open until midnight. Lots of dryers, most of them in working order. Huge place that was mostly clean besides all of the spent dryer sheets lying about that other patrons failed to place in the waste baskets. In addition to the hours, I love that there was an attendant on duty. Felt safe here unlike some of the other laundromats I have been to in the past. TVs, vending machines, change machines fully stocked as well as a bill exchanger. Automatic doors are a big help when hauling baskets of wash in and out of the building. Sitting areas, some with tables. Not too crowded at all, but enough washers and dryers to accommodate many people at once if they were there. I was also happy to see that the tanning area was still open. I would be reluctant to tan while my things were in the wash, as I had my laundry stolen once years ago when I left it unattended somewhere else... but it is nice to know this is there. I had tanned at the place that was previously in this building back in 2008. I still had some tans left on my account when I moved away for awhile. This building sure has been expanded to a much larger business since those days. A good addition to Speedway. I am a little afraid to tan too often with all of the warnings now, but I might go and check it out soon.
