This place has a few spots designated for their customers in the private lot adjacent to the business. There is also metered street parking out front, but why would you pay for parking when they have free parking spots available. I got a couple of suits cleaned there. The woman that helped me was one of those just do their job type of people. She was not very friendly, but she was not rude. The cleaners is very clean and trendy and they have many services available including 24/7 Drop Off And Pickup and curbside service. I got a text and email letting me know that my items were ready. You can respond to the text when you are fifteen minutes out and they are supposed to have your items ready. I did not try it though. It only took them a couple of minutes to get my items anyway. The woman working there was a bit more cordial. I must have caught her on a bad day when I dropped my stuff off. My clothes were packaged well and pickup was smooth and easy. They even had something that they found in my pocket. I am glad that they checked before they dry cleaned my item. My experience with this cleaners was good. I have used Deering and now Tide Cleaners for several years, and have been pleased; I have even recommended them. However, when I brought my last order home and took the sweater Tide had cleaned off the hanger, I noticed a large black spot that had NOT been there when I brought the sweater in. I brought it back, and the young lady behind the counter said Tide would re-do it. I picked it up a couple of days ago--neatly folded on a hanger, with the same black spot, somewhat lighter but still VERY visible. No message indicating that Tide had tried to remove the spot and been unable to do so. Not only that, but the young woman who rang it up charged me; I told her it was a "re do" and she did say she would remove the charge. Obviously, nothing on the ticket indicated that it was a re-do. I loved that sweater. It wasn't particularly expensive, but it was comfortable and looked good and I wore it often. I am really annoyed because the spot was clearly the result of Tide's cleaning process (it wasn't there when I brought it in) and BOTH TIMES, Tide simply folded it on a hanger and failed to inform me that it had been ruined. I emailed Tide about this, and received no response. Right now, I have a very bad taste in my mouth about Tide Cleaners, and I will be looking for a downtown alternative. read more

I'm not sure why this location of Tide has such poor rating. I've been here thrice now and never been disappointed with the customer service or quality of dry cleaning. Once you register your email address with them, they also send offers once every week, which is pretty good according to me. Their pricing is nominal for prime downtown location and they offer 24*7 drop off option. Another plus is decent sized parking lot here, so you don't have to stop in the middle of road to pick your dry cleaned clothes. read more

Man. I wanted to like this place despite the bad reviews. I usually go to Deering in Irvington and have had zero issues, but decided to give this place a shot for convenience. They are open Sundays, which is the best day for me to drop off items and they also say they have 24 hour pick up and drop off. I came in Sunday with sixteen pieces for dry cleaning. The guy that checked me out was super friendly. I felt good about it. He said my stuff would be ready next day BY 5. I go in at 3pm and I was told it isn't ready and wouldn't be until AFTER 5. I couldn't make it between 5pm and 7pm when they close. I asked if I could use their convenient 24/7 locker pick up. They said yes and told me I would get an email with the info to get in the locker. Well I never got the email and now the location is closed as well as corporate. I need a suit for court tomorrow at 8AM and now this business has all of my suits and doesn't open until 7AM. Moral of the story is, never give a dry cleaner all of your suits. Especially one that hasn't earned your trust. Long story short. I'm screwed. So much for the "convenience." I'll stick with Deering. read more

Great customer service during drop and noticed that they had parking behind the store which makes downtown parking soo convenient!! When I dropped off they told me it would be ready the next day at 3pm that was pretty impressive for me. They were all very professional and dressed nicely (walking into a dry cleaning store that means a lot to me). Then when I picked up I realized they had Alexa where you can just request songs :). Also you can grab a soda (various flavors), or hot coffee/hot chocolate. So far the best dry cleaning store I have found from Brownsburg to Indianapolis. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They were all busy no one just standing around. Great team! We will be back! read more

I took me wedding dress to Tide cleaners for them to have it pressed and was that the biggest mistake. Let me just say that I have been the only person in that dress and it was in pristine condition when I dropped it off at Tide cleaners. We picked it up 8 days before the wedding and did not unwrap it until the day of the wedding and what a nightmare. Dark markup/ marks around the neck of my dress. I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to say something. Luckily my mom had amazing cleaner to get the marks off or I would not have been wearing my wedding dress on my wedding day. Sad how you send a beautiful dress out and it comes back looking disgusting. I was offered to have them clean it and preserve it, like I am going to trust them after what happened. read more

This was my first time using any Tide Cleaners. I decided to try them for the convenient location. I had 4 shirts pressed only and each one was $7.40. Places I have been in the past cost half as much. They did a poor job pressing my items and for thar price point I expect them to be perfect. This was my first time using tide dry cleaners. Dropped off two coats to be dry cleaned. Didn't notice any stains on them. Picked them up and nobody said anything when I picked it up so I grabbed my coats and put them in the car. I get home and notice there's a huge black stain on my blue coat and a little note that says sorry there was a stain that was too tough to remove. And I was still charged full price. I called and they said if there's a sorry tag on there then it was put there before it was cleaned. But there's no accountability in that accept for their word. For as expensive as it is, they could have at least called and said they noticed a stain and if I would still like it to be dry cleaned. Nevertheless, when I dropped off my coats I noticed no such stain on the blue coat. Now I can't even wear it. Will not be using them again and do not recommend them. read more

I don't dry clean often, but when I do I've always gone to Deering. They're friendly, conveniently located downtown, and it's been a quick turnaround. I haven't had any my clothes come back with issues or damaged. I think they're a little expensive, but if my clothes are clean and same condition I brought them in I can't complain! read more

So expensive! I paid $42.75 to dry clean 3 dresses. Why does it cost almost 5x as much to dry clean a dress rather than a man's shirt? A dress doesn't even need to be pressed! I dropped off 29 items and only got 27 back. I went to pickup 1 day after everything should have been ready but it wasn't. I came back 5 days later and they still had one pair of pants being drycleaned and were looking for another lost pair. I called a week later and left a message for the manager, but got no response. I stopped by a week later and they didn't have any answers for where my 2 pairs of pants were. I called again a few days later and left another message, with no response. I stopped by again and still no answers. It took over 1 month for them to find 1 pair of pants, which was now covered in black ink, and they lost my other pair. Horrible customer service and management. I was very patient with them at the beginning knowing they were busy. It is ridiculous to take over 1 month to get back to a customer about their clothes. Do NOT take your wedding dress here!! I took mine here and my husband went to pick it up. We paid for it to be preserved and it wasn't. Husband came home with a dress back in the bag we brought it in and the belt was fraying off. The manager took forever to get back to me and when she finally did they offered to fix it. I brought it back in and they had it "boxed and sealed for me," but it was pathetically done. The box is not even in great shape, it had to be taped on the edge, and the dress looks like it was haphazardly put in there. It's definitely not sealed properly. They wouldn't even give us our money back either after they didn't do what we paid for the first time and ruined part of the dress. Horrible customer service. Never go here. Take your business literally anywhere else. I dropped off four shirts to be washed and pressed on Wednesday and was told they were to be ready Friday. I made it clear I needed them by Saturday. I show up to pick them up and the desk attendant tells me he doesn't know where they are, but they are not ready. When asked why he said I don't know. I asked him to go get the shirts anyway and he said he couldn't. He gave me his manager's number and mailbox is full. Terrible customer service this is second time they have not met their deadlines. Used this dry cleaner about 5 years ago and they shrunk my silk cocktail dress. Decided to give them another shot since the Tide rebranding and they lost my gloves. Dropped off on July 2nd. No gloves at pickup a few days later. Called on July 8th. No return phone call. Went in on July 9th and was given another pair of wrong gloves. Was told they would check the cameras and get back to me in two days since the gloves were not ever "checked in". Never called back. Called July 12th. Back to voicemail. Nothing leaves this facility except for leather, so the fact that something goes missing is just sloppy. read more
