They didn't have chai latte, but they had chai tea (presumably in teabags). It looks as though matcha latte is more common than chai latte in Stockholm. I had a croissant on and a cheese and tomato sandwich. They were both very good. Overall, very smooth and pleasant experience. I had for my carry home luggage, a saffron and a ginger loaf, they make these spiced cake taste so good and so unusual, that I cannot imagine you can duplicate it elsewhere. In my travels, I've always been impressed with French bakeries in Southern France and Burgundy, and that's because I think they are better than the Parisian ones. To me though, Fabrique has something else that you don't see, the friendliness and intimacy of a local bakery. The exposed fixtures adds factory like atmosphere and it contrasted well with the soft decor throughout the bakery.
