Lately,when I get my eyes brows done they look super uneven! It's frustrating and don't like saying anything because the workers tell you it looks nice. I go here because it's cheaper than other places, and normally it's 50/50. It just depends. Kinda sad this time, though. I had a trip and now it's going to brother me. In the past, I have been happy with Divine Threading. I went on Thursday 7-25-24 for an eyebrow and lip threading. The gal, I do not know her name, was finished with me in 3 minutes, no exaggeration, and charged me $23. I was stunned at how quickly she finished. The next day, as I was putting on my make-up, I noticed what a crappy job she had done. I literally had to pluck my eyebrows 13 hours after being threaded. I work too hard for my money to be paying for services NOT RENDERED. I will not return to Divine. Divine Threading is anything but "divine." read more

Came to this place to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady did not allow me to explain to her how I wanted my eyebrows done. Came in for a eyebrow clean up, lip and chin. Lady decided that she wanted to make one eyebrows thinner. As I brought it to her attention. She tried to say it was my eyebrows shape. I've gotten my eyebrow threaded for many years. And then the lady proceeds to apologize. She tells her manager and manager proceeded to to says it's my eyebrow shape. Manager proceeds to grab tweezer and tweeze one hair out and say " ok perfect" I'm looking at her like " what" it looks the same. I'm visibly upset but keep my cool and say " just ring me up" lady is standing behind manger as she rings me up and she just keeps apologizing... I politely ask manager if she is charging me for brows and she rolls her eyes and says "yes" . I understand that accidents happen. However manager should've handled this better. And made it right now to not charge me for eyebrows. Will not be back ever. I'd suggest you don't go there either . read more

She took a chunk out of my eyebrow and then proceeded to tell me that that's usually how eyebrows look after they get cleaned? It was hard to understand the technicians, they have thick accents but they see a lot of eyebrows and I trusted them to help give mine shape. Overall, I was very impressed with the shape and speed in which my service was preformed.
