Terrible customer service!! I have bought numerous blinds from this company in the past and had issues with those, but figured I would give them another chance. I recently purchased roller blinds which within two weeks mechanical problems they were picked up and they were supposed to be replaced with new ones. The installer who himself was great only came with two of three of the blinds that were supposed to be replaced. Getting anyone to rectify this problem is virtually impossible. The store doesn't answer the phone. The in-house representative doesn't get back to me and the person from corporate doesn't know what's going on. If I don't receive a return phone call, I will be reporting them the Better Business Bureau, as well as the local news.
